It has a small and compact birthday party hall for a crowd of 100-150 people. Nice outdoor buffet space. Good vehicle parking space.

Small good party hall to accommodate 150-200 guests. Best for a birthday party or small functions like Betrothal. Buffet spread is fine with good varieties and taste. Parking is good with entry from 2 roads. There is a swimming pool with membership options available. Go for it for a limited crowd function for best value for your bucks with great vicinity.

Nice Place for Small Functions

Hotel is located in a convenient location. Stayed here for two times this year with family. First time(direct booking), our experience was good with the stay(2 days), breakfast and other facilities. so we opted this hotel once again through makemytrip for 2 days this month. But this time we are really disappointed with their services. They allotted us with a small room but in the next room people were consuming liquor, smoking and speaking loudly . (Actually, I have requested a non-smoking room when I booked). As it disturbed us badly, we requested to change the room and got another room downstairs. Regarding the complementary breakfast, there were only limited choices. As my son could not take breakfast properly, I requested an omelet for him as parcel but they refused the same. They even refused our request for 1 hour late checkout as we did not do the booking directly. So they treat direct booking customers and makemytrip like customers with different priorities which is quite unacceptable.

Awesome hotel economical rates and the positive ambience of the hotel is plus side. Staff is cordial, swimming pool facility and restaurant food is qualitative. I will only say to them keep up this spirit for visitors.

This place was booked by my Employer for a Business Trip along with my Spouse. Location is not far away from airport. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable only thing in our room lacking was the window. Staff is cordial and helpful. They understand English and hence no issues in communicating. They also arrange Cabs from the Hotel for which you can check at the Front Desk.Behind the hotel is what the call Greenway because there are all Minister residences in line. They also have a restaurant named Durga Park which serves good food. Overall the stay was comfortable and pleasant.

We hired the hall with their catering service. The food was really good.The customer interaction was not at all good initially.Later we had a chance to meet one of their employees named Guna... This guy was really good and took good care. After which only we decided to go with them. He was very cooperative and friendly and ensured that the service, food, and everything else was good. He allowed us additional time for the decoration of the hall and ensured the food was available in enough Quantity until the last person had food.If you are looking out for this place for hosting any parties, then ask for Guna... And you can be rest assured that you are taken care of

A very good place for small party / functions. We had our Communion function in Jan and we must say that this was exactly the place that we were looking out for. Nice ambiance and the food was excellent with good variety. There was ample parking space for both 2 and 4 wheelers. The management was very cooperative especially Mr. Marvin and Mr. Guna who were so accomodative and helpful. They also provided valuable advise & ideas on varied items which helped us plan effectively & efficiently. The back-drop was also done well. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with good feed back from our guests, especially on food. We would strongly recommend this place for its ambiance, food, facilities and friendly management.

Me and my sons regularly use this place for casual swimming. I always find the pool well maintained and keeps us free from common infections and fever. I would definitely recommend the pool who fancy swimming. However, I would recommend the change rooms to have a face uplift

I have been engaging this hotels banquet hall for my companys full team meetings Quite spacious and at the same time you have a hall for 15 people meetings too. Quite few social and family gatherings are held in this hotel. The food served is good while I am told the rooms are nice. Parking is never an issue here, the rates are reasonable too. I wish their entire team to continue their good work.

I loved my stay here during my business travel. Welcoming staffs. They arranged my transportation based on my request. In room food service are good. Neat and clean room.

This one is small place and comprises of about 50 rooms and a dining hall Both non veg and veg food are served.In addition they have two banquet halls with a seating capacity of about 120 seats. Small functions can be conducted. Both the halls are air conditioned.Lawn service is available. A small swimming pool is here. Car parking space is available.

I stayed three nights over five days and had two different rooms. The first was nice though a little small as some have commented. But with a king-sized bed who can complain. My second room was larger though both had arm chairs and coffee tables.Bathrooms are nothing to shout about but they don’t brand themselves as a five star hotel. Personally I’m happy with a comfortable clean room to sleep in as there’s so much to see in Chennai (the room aircon unit works well with a 4-speed ceiling fan to boot).The staff are all friendly especially front desk and lobby staff Sharukhan and Deepan. They’re always all smiles and ever ready to help with any request and advice.I’ve stayed in more luxurious hotels in Chennai but I’ll definitely come back to this place anytime.

I patently say that Raj Palace Sundar which is located in Chennai meets all the standards that customers from local or abroad would look for. They serve scrumptious and appetizing meal at a reasonable cost, which is very hygienically prepared and served. The managers and staffs who works there sets a best example of nurturing and being generous towards their customers. Raj Palace Sundar also has the facility of providing air conditioned rooms with network door lock systems for better security at a reasonable cost. It seemed like a complete comfort zone during the stay in that place. Of course this place has never forgotten to entertain the customer, as they have the eye catching swimming pool behind.Raj Palace Sundar also contains a hall named VT, where we could have parties and functions accomodating 200 people with a separate buffet system and with a spacious parking area.I would strongly recommend my family and friends who visit Chennai to enjoy the benefits of this place.

Stayed here for few days. Its a hidden gem. Staffs are really friendly, I loved the atmosphere, the room was neat and clean. Food were tasty. But communication between the reception is not good I think. Because when I ordered tea and I did mentioned it should be hot. I did repeat the same. When I received it was cold. The last night of my stay, I had heavy cold in the middle of night. Felt like having hot water for the sore throat and there was no water heater. I struggled whole night with cough and cold. While checking out, I mentioned this to the reception. They said sorry sir, we forgot to keep in your room. Seriously guys, you know how hard to run this hotel in prime location. How the owners having hard time. A simple excuse wont mend things. Please take of such things. Otherwise this is the best hotel. Congratulations to the management.

We stayed from 27th June to 4th July 2018. This hotel is very well located and convenient too. Rooms are comfortable and service is good. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food and the breakfast which comes with the room, is simple and tasty. We enjoyed the fresh hot South Indian breakfast and asked for dosa which crisp and was freshly made. The ambiance is good and staff very courteous. A very good value for money hotel!Sanjay Jayaram

Better Place to conduct Small Meeting around 20 people capacity of meeting hall and Rooms are good to stay. Food are good to eat as well as nice serving people. Great location in main road. Extremely small rooms but ok for short stays. Nice pool facility although there is no privacy as it sits in the center of the property. Reception was friendly and breakfast was average. Refused to serve eggs.. should have made it clear to customers at the outset.

The staff is nice and accommodating. The always keep my room clean and my laundry. They even ask if I need anything for breakfast. It is also near in Marina Beach and Santhome Church. Overall the place is good.

A good small hotel in main place in Chennai city. They have good spacious living rooms. Rooms rates are best in market. Regarding food they serve decent variety and taste. They have a small swimming pool with clean water. Regarding parking space its less. They have some trees in parking place, which gives good shade and oxygen.

The hotel is a quaint GEM! Not packed with people like a commercial hotel, Service is excellent and the chef cooks up a pretty good meal, we ordered room service for dinner and it was fabulous, worth the money spent. Will definitely pay them another visit!

When I went there I prefer to pay all my reservation and leave immediately and not wait for a refund ... Very bad service... Go to another hotel... Please dont stay there...

Very average place.. Went there for an office get together... The reception looks so shady... Food was fine and so was the hall... But toilets and reception needs work .

A wonderful place to swim . The pool is small and beautifully planned. The place is free and well lit. Trainers are present for emergency and service. The water is cool and clean. A bit pricey but good.
