Need to upgrade the infrastructure. Otherwise it is a convenient hall to do family functions for the middle end people. Have to be genuine about the music they play during functions. Sometimes they are so pathetic and too audible. It has two floors and a terrace. A signal tower is also there in the terrace.

Good place. Steps are so steep. Not good for elderly people to claim.

Worst Place to hold Marriages and other functions. No space for parking and services provided are not worth the money you pay. Go and complain to the management people and they dont even care to take a look at your complain. Its better to close such places rather than running them and looting peoples money. Wasnt able to give Zero star so just giving this place a 1 star.

Nice Mahal with budgeted cost..but HV to improve

James Mahal is ok but in front of subway,corner of road,no parking for two wheelers for cars

Okay hall for small functions, the major drawback is no parking space, you could not even park two wheelers, they also have shops on ground floor which again require parking space.But easily accessible if you come by walk, easily locatable from main road, maintained regularly.

No parking.. Only positive point is near to villivakkam Railway station
