Easy to identify....Spacious.. Parking a lot.Good maintaincy......Interior design is not that much goodDining hall small for that mahal bcuz it contains only big functions but less than 190 seats... Need some air in dining hall.... Not sufficient air....

Way too EXPENSIVE!!! like seriously! Even if you compare the quality in a good way still you feel that its expensive. Other bad thing is that from the entrance the main hall is really far away! Like it takes time for guests to travel and reach the place and the service isnt that good like they dont talk in a friendly manner. To be honest you can find better halls!

Big Mahal with spacious rooms

This is a newly built structure. Located in a spacious plot, looks Majestic from the outside. Chairs are neatly arranged. Ample space is available for dining. Ac hall it is but I didnt notice it functioning.

Wonderful place for all types of events. Vast interior space. Biggest parking lot and can also have outside lawn parties. Great place, great service!! Best place in Tamil Nadu. Highly recommended.

Mahal is too good and luxurious.Rent is nominal and acceptable.But they charged very high other than rent, which is not appreciable and not acceptable.The extra charges were not mentioned in the voucher which they provide.And the management of the mahal were very moneyminded. They use our situation and charged very high after the event.The charges can be systemised to have a peaceful event.

Even though located far from AVADI Railway station and Bus stand in Veera puram town, it is worth it. Mahal is actually well designed, it gives a royal feeling as it is huge, the space inside and outside is large. Parking space is massive. Mahal can easily accommodate 3000 people. I can assure yoy this is the biggest mahal i have seen in AVADI.
