Very decent AC hall located in west Mambalam. Can accomedate upto 350 people in the functions and 200 people in the dining hall. Lift facility is avaliable and has a parking for 8 5-6 cars and they have wallet parking also. Good for small functions.

Compact Hall for small function

The hall space was good enough for small functions, can occupy about 150 people. Well maintained kitchen and wash areas. The security was the one man army who helped with everything. It has a lift which is helpful as the hall is on first floor, bathroom on ground floor and dining area on second floor. The arrangements with dining area and the hall were neat and ready when we wanted.

It was easy to reach the hall. The hall itself was nice and well maintained. Can comfortably seat 75 people approx. The hall had nice AC but the dining AC was not working and it couldnt be repaired in time for the function. Overall it was OK. There is good parking space for cars and two wheelers.

Good place to conduct small function with a people crowd of 75 - 80 people. Function Hall and Dining both are air conditioned. There is a good number of (25) 2 wheeler parking space and only one or two cars can be parked inside. Being a residential area you would have limited space on the road too. They have a good lift to carry aged people from one floor to another.

Separate hall for the function and dining making it very comfortable and spacious.Car parking facility is also available at the basement (ground floor). The room for bride and groom is also large and spacious. Well built with correct space for stage and audience seating.

A pretty decent hall for small gathering/functions . The ground floor is for parking , can hold only a couple of cars and a few, (maybe 20) two wheelers . First floor is for the function and the second floor has the Dining hall . This hall can comfortably accommodate about 120 guests . Anything more will be like packed sardines . As the construction is new , the maintenance too is good . Rent seems to be on the higher side considering the capacity and facilities .

Lakshan Hall is a good venue for small functions like Upanayanam, Ayushhomam, Seemantham, Shasthiabdapoorthi, Engagement and Mehndi functions. The hall can accommodate about 100 to 150 people and can accommodate more moving crowd. It has also a lift to cater to old people. The mqin hall is in the first floor and the dining hall is in the second floor. Basement is for parking. The parking is small and this hall being in the corner of the road it is difficult ti park more vehicles.other than this drawback the hall is really good.

Attended a function in the hall. It is probably good enough for about 75 guests, max 100. Car park in ground floor, function hall in first floor and dinner hall in second. Fortunately building has a lift which can be of big help to elderly people. Located in Mambalam, off Arya Gowda road, about 1 km from Ayodhya mantapam. As I was only attending a function , I dont know how much they charge.One issue I see is that there are no toilets other than the one inside a room on the first floor. The room is for people organizing the function and not for the general attendees. It does get embarrassing if you need to take the natures call.

What a nice place to visit and hold your family functions and pujas. It is located ideally near Arya Gowder Road in a lane adjacent to the Vallabha Vinakayar Koil. Prices are reasonable for rentals depending on the occasion, number of people and the requirements from your side. They have an adequate AC atmosphere that should be a huge attraction itself given that some of the other halls cant boast of a sufficient cooling system!
