Nice spacious hall. Interiors are well lit. Only the parking seems a bit smaller.

Ac Hall is good. Dining Hall is also ok. Can accommodate 150+ at a time. Only thing is some stinking smell in the Dining hall. Not sure from where it was coming. I was eating my nose closed. We also informed the supervisor there.

Good ambience and ample parking. The only big pain is the steep set of stairs one needs to climb and another steep set to descend on the other side in order to get into the actual marriage hall. Probably an alternate primary entrance arrangement would have made a vast difference.

Swapna tirumana mandapam is located in the GST road, urappakam. Just 4 km from vandalur junction. Superb architectural designs inside and outside. Large seating arrangement, ample parking space, 120 nos for dining seat arrangement. Moderate rate when compared to other halls inside the city.

Good place in Urapakkam for marriages. Car parking is available in rear side. But way to car parking directions not available. So all parking cars in front of marriage halls. Thats a small issue

Big hall...having steps on both sides...we have to get on to top...and again get down to the hall...it feels somewhat hard for old people to stepup...whereas everything is super..neat ambience...clean rooms also available...big parking lot for cars and 2 wheelers...bigg dinning hall...washing sink in dinning hall is built in different style..totally good to keep a function thete...

SWAPNA THIRUMANA MANDAPAM, is located on GST High Way Road. This Mahal has ample space to hold large crowd. You should use a staircase from outside and also you should use stairs into the hall, so it could be a problem for elderly people who has difficulty in climbing stairs. Cars you can park inside the compound wall, doesnt has the capacity to hold many.

Good and compact for small parties

Even after COVID hit when money rotation is less, these guys are charging around 2 lakhs/day. Dormitory is small for 10 ppl.8 rooms can max accomodate 3ppl each & 2 ppl each freely. Additional stage will be put for Nadaswaram or DJ. Brahmin wedding costs 4 lakhs for 2.5 days. Parking space is open & is smaller than other halls in the stretch. If u want non AC hall, you can prefer GRK Mahal at Srinivasapuram.

Well air conditioned hall with wall mounted power fans. The stage is of usual structure with rooms for bride and bridegroom at its sides. Its a single floored structure with dining hall adjacent to the party hall. The dining area is quite big and can accommodate a huge crowd with very few rounds itself.The location is on the National highways lying between chengalpattu-perungalathur stretch, yet it is quite far from any of its nearest railway stations and bus stops. Guduvanchery railway and bus stations are to its right and urapakkam stations are to its left at almost equal distances. Auto-rickshaws (share) are available from both ends. Guduvanchery stations would be comfortable to reach the hall as there wouldnt be need to cross the roads and for the same reason urapakkam stations would be convenient to depart after leaving the hall.

Approach is not easy frombus stop or railway station. Mandapm is nice. So it is ok.

Its a good looking mandap at a nice location. Parking might be an issue but theres still space outside the mandap. Nicely maintained and AC effect too is decent. The dining hall could have been a bit bigger. Not enough restrooms available at the mandap, needs more of them. Overall a good one.

I started travelling at 6pm from tambaram to reach the hall, i reached urappakam at 6.30pm from tambaram in 30 mins. From urappakam to reach the hall it takes more than one hour.. hectic traffic. People travelling plan for more than 1.30mins from tambaram to reach this hall..

New mandap but lot of steps to cross. Very difficult for aged and physical ly disabled
