We celebrated upanayam function in kubera banquets.Hired the hall for one and a half days.Excellent location easily accessible by bus and train.Ample car parking facility available. Rooms were spacious and execellent.Highly recommended.

Good for all class of people

Our friends had our college reunion after about 12 years in kubera banquets.we gathered from all over india and abroad.Easily rechable from airport too.Delicious breakfast was served by them.Lunch was biriyani to save our appetite for dinner after music,dance and games very meticulously arranged by banquets themselves. We enjoyed dinner with multicuisine dishes carefully selected and served by them.Very memorable occassion.

On February 5 th we have celebrated a marriage and reception in this hall. It is a neat place with ample car and bike parking. The food was delicious and they had a widespread menu with options for both functions. Rooms are spacious with good air conditioning facility. Overall experience was unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this place for various family functions.

Place is clean and welcoming... And an AC Environment is superb. And it is spacious too.

Advantage : nice interior , near by bus stop , car ,bike parking.Disdavatages :1. very costly party hall in Chennai with cheating management .party hall cost 50 k for session .for marriage and reception it will come 1 lack .twist will come during function they will tell for 5 hours package or vacate hall in 5 hours , no function will get over in 5 hours so reception for extra 2 hours 20 k, wedding extra 2 hours 20k maintenance 10 k .they will tell 1lack but final bill will be 1.5 lacks .2. outside people from local area will come and eat all foods.3. since 3 Halls are there in building they will book all 3 in wedding dates and there will be no space for parking .4 .if we book 1st floor after others booking they will shift us to 2 or 3 floor with out asking and it belongs to politicians you cant speak anything .

We had a marriage held at kubera banquets.we rented the hall for two and a half days.Very calm and protective place.Staffs were well cooperative.Food provided was wide spread and delicious.Everything was well so well planned and executed by them.There were 6 rooms-very spacious and comfortable.A very pleasant atmosphere was created by the staffs.The service rendered made us feel at home .Overall a remarkable expereince!

We had planned for a baptism function at kubera banquets.The staffs were very accomdating and helpful.The hall, the amenities provided were applaudable.We had booked rooms also for the guests.The rooms were clean and well-maintained.All our guests including the father commended on what a lovely place it was.I would gladly recommend the hall.

KUBERA BANQUETS-my sisters bethrothal venue! I truly loved the venue.The staffs were so good.The decor was superbly done.Food couldnt have been better-special mention about their sambhar sadam and rasambaath.The food served was fresh and piping hot.Everyone loved the venue and complimented us for the choice.The rooms for the bride and groom were perfect.Loved the experience.

My family reserved kubera banquets for my dads retirement party.We had over 70 people attended the party.The staff were very co-operative and assited us when neccessary.They had provided speakers with good sound quality.The menu we choose was deliciuos and hot.Everyone raved about the food.The elevator was just perfect for all the elderly guests.

ADVANTAGE OF BOOKING KUBERA BANQUETS it was a great pleasure holding a meeting in kubera banquets with 150 guests.The staffs created a comfortable experience for us.The screen,projector and mike were well maintained and perfect for a business meeting.Ample car and bike parking was added advantage.Variety of snack options were available and there was no looking back-hot and cripsy with groundnut chutney-lip smacking and delicious.

Only problem is the parking . Rest all is good for a small functions.

My son’s birthday was celebrated here. The hall was spacious and there was ample space for various activities like tattooing, mehendi, photo shoot, etc. The stage was big so as to accommodate a theme based decoration and the kids enjoyed playing. The managers were so very humble and cooperative. Hats off to the entire team.

My sisters wedding reception took place here, 3 years ago. Now I came back for my wedding reception. It still looks the same way- clean and tidy. The manager even told me that they replaced the linen on the chair cushion. Its details like these that make a hall stand out. Beautiful interiors with granite columns. Their food definitely should get a special mention. Got to know from a friend, that Kubera does catering as well. Without a second thought, gave them the food order for 500 people. It was one of the best wedding reception food ive eaten. I will recommend this venue to all my friends/relatives.

I booked this hall for seemantham. Very accommodative place with function and dining hall being separate. The menu tasted superb apt for the function. Highly commendable place for all occasions. The stage could comfortably satisfy both the seer varisai and the Pooja.

Its was a wonderful party in kubera

The ambience and location is good. But the price is high. A.C was poorly working. Manager is very stingy and very keen on reducing power as they dont charge seperately for electric consumption. Time duration they give is less when compared to other halls and was very keen on sending us all out not permitting to take enough photos.

Went to a wedding reception and it, by far, has been the nicest event I have ever been to. The interiors are very well done and the place oozes fanciness. I just got to know that the food was prepared by them too. Lip smacking taste.

I had extra guests come over to my daughter’s wedding and the catering was done by Kubera Banquets. They were very quick in responding to us by preparing extra food in a very short span of time. They informed us well in advance about what could be done and what cannot. Nice management and caterer.

It is a quite good place for conducting small functions bcoz it has a capacity of 300 people in a single hall it has two halls at first floor and second floor but it has a smaller food area..

Nice and decent hall, decent parking but not big one. Dinning in terrace is good but not suitable for buffet. Hall staffs has to improve arranging more space for dinning and more chairs as well. Overall it is nice.

I got the opportunity to celebrate the bridal shower of my niece, here at kubera banquets. First of all a big applause to their staff for being very courteous and catering to all our needs. Its a good air cinditioned hall which people can accomodate 200 nos there is a nice dining for seprate men & women. Parking is defer area and can park few vehicles

My reception is happened here. We invited around 250 people. For 250 people it is one of the best hall available in city. Management also was very polite with us. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for hall which can accommodate 250 people

I did my son birthday function in the hall with food prepared by them .it was so good and very tasty I got appreciation from my friends regarding the food. Their service was excellent and the hall is very nice. Totally it was a pleasure to do my function in the hall.

Hall appears too good and spacious. Best suitable for any function. But the low rating is for the management behaviour. It needs lot of improvement especially the hospitality in case it need to improve its business... had a bad hospitality experience..
