Non maintained ...it was very gloomy n cleanliness was not good in the wash area

A decent Marriage hall in the north chennai. Very near Koyambedu/Porur. Valet parking was good.Dining area is huge and seating also looked decent.

Cost of the hall was high....Only limited members can occupy...A/c hallOnly limited parking facility

One of the best Marriage function hall I have seen...

Decent hall, though with limited parking, with the main hall seating for about 200 persons and dining hall seating for about 150 persons.

•We rented this place for organising a city-level volunteer interaction for our NGO called U&I.•We were around 200 people. A mic and peojector system was also in place. It is completely air-conditioned.•I woule say it was quite spacious for 200 poeple. It also has a basement area with a capacity of around 100 people.

Nice hall... AC was ok... But the rooms in the marriage hall were not good. 4 rooms have interconnected doors. To reach room1 we need to go thru rooms 4,3 and 2... Rooms were not clean...Also the water is muddy colored and tastes bad... Tats why 3 stars

Best marriage hall which comes under budget. The bride and groom are provided with AC rooms and the hall itself has AC. Good space both in the hall and dining area.

An amazing place for gatherings and functions.The place is completely air conditioned and they also have a good parking facility. Would def recommend this place. 👍🏼

Seems to be little old hall.Parking space is not enough.Average sized marriage hall.Dining area is also medium sized.Theres a staircase to connect marriage hall and underground dining area which is very narrow and conjusted.

I went there for my friend wedding ..The rest room mainatance is very poor ..Location was prime ..Need lot of improvements in hygiene and mainatance ..

Mediocre hall with poor facilities. Although air conditioning is on, practically nothing can be felt. The dining is large but no amenities.

Worst service and response. We had a wedding on 20th June 19. We faced lot of issue with this Mahal. Cooling is not at all sufficient and in rooms ac were not working and in dinning not even 10% cooling was thr due to that we cant even able to enjoy food. No fans available anywhere in this Mahal. Rooms were very poorly maintained and not even cleaned. They provided drainage mixed water with that we cant even able to wash hands. They didnt respond to any of our issue. Dont ever do a mistake by booking this Mahal. We strongly dont recommend this Mahal to any of our know circle.

Poor dining arrangement

Please do not opt for this mandabam.1. The AC in the hall doesnt even serve a crowd of 300 members. I can challenge the temperature was at 28 and humid in the hall during my function.2. The dinning area does not have AC at all when the food is served.3. Because of the AC, the make up for bride and bride groom was distorted which was seen in photos.4. Security persons were drunk and was fighting when the DJ was trying to transport their things to the exit gate.5. Manager false promised that the air coolers are not required as the AC will be fabulous. Photos which are memory looks pathetic as the bride and bride groom has been sweating.6. Guests complained that the hall was warm and most of them has left the place unsatisfied and disappointed.DO NOT OPT FOR THIS HALL AS IT HAS NOW INFLUENCED OUR (BRIDEGROOMS REPUTATION).

KRS Mahal is strategically located which make it accessible for everyone and has sufficient parking area tooIi has a clean, spacious, Air-conditioned, well-designed functional hall which as capacity up to 500 pax, well suited to host wedding, all types of family functions, exhibition as well as large corporate events.It also has a well ventilated dinning hall & large kitchen area suitable to prepare all types of food & cuisine

The Mahal location was really good there was a little congestion for the car parking and the dinning was in basement and the access for little difficult .An overall an average Mahal with 300 capacity and good have function

Very bad experience with this mandapam. Cramped ceremony area, hot & humid dining area, dirty toilets, rooms with bad ac, very little parking space. Pathetic manager, drunk security staff, rowdy owner.

The hall is spacious and the ACs are in good condition. Inspite of having high temperature outside, the fans and the ACs kept the temperature soothing inside the hall. But the washrooms are horrible. Very dirty and not enough space.

The KRC Choda Mahal is one of the best mahal in that area but the mahals staircase from reception hall to dining hall is broken. This need to fixed soon.
