Nice comfortable banquet hall, situated in a prominent location of Rayapettah in Chennai City. Comfortable for small functions accommodating 150/200 guests. Arrangements for eating is also available. In first floor with elevator with small parking on ground. Very decent place.

For small functions maximum 75 members party is ok. Car parking is only 4 to 5 slots maximum. 30Bike parking maximum

Hall is too small.. The Hall is located in congested road where Car Parking is a major problem.. Seeing all this the Rent seems to be too high..
