This is located on the street just before the padi flyover while going towards padi/Lucas from villivakkam. This hall is around 4 minutes walk from the main road. The marriage hall , I would call it a mini hall is located on the first floor and no elevator. The facility does not have any generator and has no separate hall for dining. The hall does not have air conditioning, just has ceiling fans. Music concerts are not allowed here. There are no helpers too. It is just suited for small functions which would be over in 2 or 3 hours. One would have to lay tables for dining at one end of the hall. I would not call it a marriage hall considering the above points and no parking space for two or four wheelers.

The mini hall charge is only Rs.2500... Its an affordable cost.. Its inclusive of cleaning, electricity change and so on...
