Though the items are expensive compared to the other shops, Ive seen that the items are worth the price. Its always been a long term investment in those items. They are long lasting showing the quality of the items. I have never regretted after purchasing an item. Always satisfied and gone back for more accessories of the sport. I may be a little biased about Decathlon because I love the store but I love the store. Its well located on OMR, well stocked and the staff are super helpful. Apart from the sheer number of sports that they have equipment for, their generally useful stuff like raincoats/umbrellas and warm clothes are also great. They have cheaper items of lower quality but also higher quality items that are pricier, allowing one to explore a wide range of sports at different levels, all under one roof. The reasonable price aside, they have now introduced self billing as well, which is very helpful in COVID times.

As with any Decathlon, extensive collection of sports wares, huge store space, play space, seating, ample fitting rooms and some really knowledgeable and helping staff.Ive bought everything in this store over the past few years including personal use items for sports and activities, everyday items like bottles, towels, bags, as well as gear for specific activities like hiking, camping, swimming, badminton, cycling and running. Decathlon has a selection of products for all budgets and all levels of intensity across various sports and this store is no exception.My experience with the self checkout as well as the assisted checkout have been great. Staff have even advised me to buy expensive items that are on discount online rather than in-store. I have also been part of the free CrossFit sessions that were available during the store inauguration and enjoyed my visits.The only general suggestion that I have for visitors is to carry a bottle of water since shopping in this store can become quite a day long picnic.

The staff was extremely rude. My friend and I went there looking for a cycle. The staff didnt attend us even once. We had to keep going behind them to clarify our doubts. We stood there waiting for more than 20 minutes and nobody showed up. 4 people were attending one customer. We went there with high hopes and came back regretting our decision to go there.

Wanted to purchase the home gym. Tried calling the number, messaged on FB and tried contacting their support. No reply.This is not the first time, their service has been pretty bad for quite sometime now.I understand the situation, but if you cant pick up the phone at 11 am on a weekday and cant even call back after seeing the message, shows the arrogant and lethargic attitude of the customer support team.

Decathlon is one stop source for all your sports needs. There were days ( around 2009) when you needed to buy decathlon products you have to source then from Bangalore. After decathlon came to Chennai this hassle has stopped. I am a mature photographer I shop mostly for forest, rain or snow apparels as I will be in these situations often. Advantage of this decathlon is eventhough this place is small in size they have ensured that most of the options are covered. Needless to say the quality of products, I have been using them for over 8 years now & for the price you pay the products never disappoint. This is also located on the main road. Couple of pints to improve 1) during weekdays evening that approach area would be a bit crowded 2) the trail rooms are very small else nothing to complain. Place has ample parking, wheel chair accessibility, trail rooms, play areas for trying all game goods.

The shopping experience in the shop is good. But I believe that Decathlon is not paying well to their vendors. The parking security has started to ask for money, even though it’s claimed as free parking.They want us to come to the store to buy, but won’t provide customer experience by proving free parking facility. 😫. But, i spend 27k around.Geomertrical Problem.Back wheel and Front wheel are not in a straight line.Rotate both wheel after reposition (Top on ground floor & wheels on top side) the cycle wheels lot of shaking....Zero Quality, only brand name,
