This s my very very belated comments but valuable,,,I taken Sathyam ac hall for my brother marriage in lockdown 2020 wonderful experience to us,having 120+chairs,budget friendly,very cute and neat hall s this,first impression was super so near by people’s can book and experience it ......highly recommended

This hall has budget friendly for middle class people. My son birthday was celebrated here. Its clean and comfortable. I did my function peacefully. Hall owner behavior was very good. Good service..

It was a nice good experience having a engagement party. Air conditioning is good. Hall accommodation is 120 persons. Amenities, service, staff behavior and Cleanliness was excellent. Owner is very friendly and if anything needed was taken care immediately

We celebrated our daughters first bday here. Best place in and around Pammal to conduct family functions, bday parties, etc. The owner of the property is so kind and will go to any extent to help ease you out. Will come again and recommend anyone who needs a party hall with budget.

Neat and Tidy ambience. Suitable to conduct small functions with lesser gatherings only. Located in Main Road and easily accessible. 2 wheeler parking with less number of vehicles only. Steps to the Function Hall in the First Floor are tiled and slippery, making it inconvenience especially for elderly people. One has to climb with utmost care, holding the side rails without fail, as there is no roof coverage from the main gate upto the Dining Hall as well as the Function Hall. Overhead roofing is to be provided immediately, as the Rainy Season is approaching and to avoid any untoward incident.Otherwise the Hall is Good.

Recently we had our baby shower function over here.. The environment is very good and in-charge will be very supportive in all the things. Its a very new hall with good surrounded fall sealing lights. Its a very nice place to have all our small family functions. The price is very cheaper.. Please do have notified when you look for party halls.

Recently we had a baby shower function, hall is Super and maintaining very well.We got good support as well....If increase 1 or 2 more AC will be so good and if provide seperate dress change room with additional space (current room size little bit small)will give more comfortable.This is my personal suggestion but overall hall is superb.

Recently visited this place for family function. Very neat mahal. Since function place is on 1st floor it is somewhat difficult.steps also very narrow. But hall has AC as well as fan. So no sweating during function. dining hall is on ground floor. Having parking space inside the premises and on roadside also. We can choose this hall for small gatherings.

Party hall is very good, neat and clean .well air conditioned... No hidden charges...reasonable rent ...like it very much and owner of party hall is very humble and nice person .really happy to celebrate my daughters 1st birthday...

The place is apt for a small function of crowd 50-60members. Clean, neatly maintained, air conditioned. Limited bike parking and no car parking. The function hall is in first floor and need to climb 10-12 steps. That can be issue for elderly people.

Building is very recently done i believe. Main hall is on 1st floor, but no lift facility. Very elderly ppl might have to take the stairs. Dining is in ground floor. U get place for bike parking within compound, say for 15bikes.no car parking options, you can park on the main road sides wherever appropriate

Kothu parota and onion rava dosa was excellent. Good varieties of chutneys
