Why is your contact numbers given in website not working?I am awaiting for certificate since Oct 2020 an till now no developments, even after successfully completing the course; appreciate if 361 degreeminds can enlighten me; please email me for any clarifications.

Very bad experience I have been facing from past 3years, I have completed by MBA 3years ago but I dont have any proper update on my certificates. I dont have any point of contact and no one is responding to my calls or mails. Very irresponsible management..None bothered about. Atleast Im expecting someone from management to respond and help me in getting my certificates.Can I get any response please?

I registered for Design for Engineers (UKOU) course in this site. At the time of registration, they said that my login validity will be for 1 year from the date of payment. In my case my login is supposed to be valid up to 19th Oct 2020. But it is not the case. They suspended my login on 25th Feb 2020 for no reason. After several conversations and raising several tickets, they extended my login till 30th Sep 2020, which is earlier than before mentioned expiry date (19th Oct 2020). They also replied that university had called off the program. If it is so, they should have informed about it earlier. But they didnt. I was unable to complete the course and didnt even get a refund.Also, there are several technical problems with this site. Learning process was not smooth even when compared to other free online learning sites. When a ticket is raised, it will take at least a week for resolution, even for a small issue. I spent most of my time raising tickets rather than learning on this site. Frustratingly some tickets remain unresolved.Waste of money.

Very good place for people to study online..very well structured and with a lot of useful information during the entire course of study. Staff is very supportive and proactive in helping any query out.Only reason I will not give full marks is because you cannot write down notes while you are studying your modules. You need to jot down on another app or paper and then transfer to this which is duplication. If students can make notes while they are going thorugh the study modules and then it gets saved, this helps a big deal.

Was so useful in understanding the concepts with possibility in playing the part which we could not understand well. With all diagrams, flowchart on one side and simultaneous teaching in the background makes it more simpler to understand. Prior preparation of the class and discussions alone with the faculty saves more of time and also makes us put effort to understand the concepts and be prepared for the class. With all the theoretical knowledge , the next day when we discuss on the application of the same in clinics makes learning fun and useful.

This is absolutely a wonderful Chance that people not only learn but can also improve their inner confidence and fluency while speak. Each session is much interesting than previous one and fun to learn new things... Also we can rectify the errors we do speak in our daily life... I can say that it worth a lot to me... Proud to be a Learner in this communicative program...

As a complete beginner with no background in CS/Math/Engineering, Im finding the course super easy to understand. The professors have taken special care to ensure all the basics and foundations are covered in utmost detail, which I absolutely love! The modules are also supported by quizzes, which is great to test everything youve learnt in a lesson. I highly recommend this course if you want to change your career path or use it to enhance your current profile.

I was given admission for MBA with all fees paid up for 1 year, all documents requested by 361 was provided however during booking time for the exam I wasn’t even enrolled in the university.I travelled all the way from North America to India only for the exam as they had promised me everything would be fine, and I could sit for the exam. I waited till the end, was told I couldn’t sit for the exam since I have a foreign BA degree. Had I been informed during the application process I could have saved time and resources.

Very bad service,, one of my colleague enrolled mba and he struggle a lot to receiving his certificate.. Incapable management and staff I will not suggest.. Because of them he lost his promotion.. .providing provision certificate they took more than 5 months.. Very bad
