The college infrastructure structure is good. But the roads to the same are too narrow and no proper parking if you go for competitive exams.

The clg is outside of Chennai city,there is no culutrals or any others programs available there is no tour only studies but the hostel is the best thing there is lot freedom in the hostel so before joinig the college think twicely

This college is conducting fake interviews and once youre passed out they dont want to take any responsibility for the students. And the worst part is after selection in interview offer letter never reach out to the students. And they are doing this for long period of time. It affects lot to the students job career. Dont waste your precious years in this hell college.

I went for AIIMS PG nov 2019 on 17th .61C and S 47 MTC bus operates from Avadi frequently. Canteen facilities to be arranged for parents also.parents may be allowed up to college ground. All who are coming for Sunday exams occupies private house front and jamming the road.

Went for an exam. In certain labs we are asked t remove the footwear. Systems are outdated.Keyboard and mouse are dirty. Very remote location. Take uber from avadi Bus stand, tats better. Or combine with few ppl and take uber from your home itself. Dont come by bike. Car is better. Canteen is dirty, please dont eat there. I wont recommend girls to travel alone to this location. Way to the college is lonely. Road also is narrow. Hope they remove this college as center in future.

Its been a pleasant experience overall with my years at AMS College of Engineering. As with every Educational Organization, Ive faced with many pros and Cons. Let me explain in brief.Pros & Cons:- First thing Ive very glad to mention is that, Even though the College is Muslim Minority you would face no discrimination/partiality towards other non-islam students. Its easy to get along with students and make friends here.Quality of Education - I understand that the management is trying its level best to improve upon the quality. But in the recent years, I personally feel that the management has decided to focus on improving Marks rather than teaching students with in depth clarity (Not speaking in general, There are few excellent faculty here).Recruitment - The management recruits many new faculties and also gives chances to freshers whove completed their Masters. Which is again a good thing, But the assistant professors should be trained essential training skills and tutor skills. Also the management should have an eye for only those faculties who have a passion in teaching.Often, Faculties face a lot of other additional tasks that are redundant in my opinion. I believe you take care of your faculties they will care of the students.Freedom - Students are given the space and freedom upto a certain extend which i appreciate being here (like Mobile Phone usage) but most importantly there is freedom of speech to address important issues in management.But sometimes, the things that are discussed in Class Meetings are not given importance in other words most of their meetings go in vain and they conduct it for namesake. Also, there happens to be some cornering of students/biasing when they address some potential issues in the classroom. So Beware of that !Theyre always open to give may ONDUTY leaves for those students who wish to do other extra curricular activity. Also, they reward them with prizes on special occasion.Facilities - The management is doing a great job when it comes to infrastructure and facilities. They try their best to uplift the students by many extra curricular activities. Even help them financially with substantial fess structure. Unlike other colleges, Here they dont charge money for unnecessarily.Transport - One can reach the college by means of Train , Bus, College Bus.Placement- The college does worst with it comes to placements. They enable to students to write AMCAT exams or COCUBES exams which may assist in placement. But the companies that visit here are not worth it. Please rethink this college if youre looking for good placement opportunities.Labs - They have very good Labs compared to other colleges. Its good that they teach all the experiments from the practical syllabus,Apart from this, One can have memorable college days and friendly faculty members and a sense of freedom which you cannot experience from most of the Colleges.

It takes very long time to get here, just by pattambiram military siding train, the area is like some different military colony inside Chennai, the place is also very hot and humid compared to other places in chennai. Transportation is very poor , self transport or sliding train from mmc, after reaching this place have to depend on autos, if you dont get one you are doomed, lucky for my case I got one.
