Went there to service my new POCO C3. Phone was not charging and didnt turn on. Went there and they told me to scan a QR code and fill a form to book appointment.I reduced one star because of this, we go here to service our phone which is not working and how can someone with a broken phone scan it and also not everyone know how to scan a QR code and fill online forms.Once I gave my mobile told me he didnt have spares to check and that I have to come next week to collect it. I asked him if he could do it now or just check as it is new phone. He told me to contact customer care if I want a replacement.Anyway I left there and by the time I reach my home I got sms saying my phone is ready.It was 20km ride for me so I didnt go immediately and told them to charge it fully and as usual they didnt charge it fully but fixed the issue. I left happily since it was just a software bug which is what they told me.
Today I went to claim my warranty of my redmi Bluetooth earphones bcoz it one side is not workingButThey are making own damage and saying it is physical damage so we cant use warranty so buy a new one. Cheating redmiDont go to this service centreFully fake and cheating peoples

No responses call anytime shows busy only. Waiting from one hour but call shows busy ..please dont visit this service centre.
