Very bad and poor. They simply come and do some service. Not qualified engineers addressing the problem. All they want is money. The service and replacement they did did not stay for even a month. All food wasted. No proper feedback from.company

Worst service centre ever in chennai from Samsung. These guys are totally spoiling samsung’s reputation. They are charging extra cost for components which are working properly. Total FRAUDS, rude behaviour from their employees. They keep rejecting the request even after raised issue from customer care. Pls don’t prefer this agency or better dont buy samsung products you’ll be end up in a place like this. I’m gonna file FIR complaint against them. Tirumalaa electronics are FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS

The last time I would purchase a Samsung product in India since they have service partners such as these with 0 professionalism, courtesy and/or accountability. Stay away from Samsung products.

Worst service. They fix something and new issue came. There was a week we waited for that since they yet to come for resolve. Worst service I have ever seen. I have paid around 2000 for their service. ****Hi, finally issue got resolved after 2 weeks of reporting. But still Im go with 1 star due to their response about the issue

Pathetic service response. Samsung seems to have such poor authorised customer service centers.They dont respond to any phone calls.They closed my service request number without my permission and approval. Overall please dont trust these people for your washing machine repair, and please dont buy samsung washing machines for their poor customer service.
