Visited the shop today for Bluetooth speaker service. Service engineer informed that it cannot be fixed and asked to claim warranty from another service center. That service center denied replacement. Called customer care for help ... Now they have directed me toPhilips service center in Anna Nagar who says they will fix it. For a simple service I am roaming all around chennai during this COVID. Never buy PHILIPS their service center is bad.

I had issue with my airfryer came to this service centre after reaching them on phone, they guided clearly on phone on the service centre opening time and how to each.Airfryer was fixed on the same day and received the call from service centre. Mr. Dinesh guided me well how to handle and care the product after fixing it...Thanks a lot guys !!!

This is the only authorized Phillips shop in Chennai. From ambica empire hotel, go slowly on left side of the road for some 200meters, you can see SIIMS hospital, and can see Bridgestone tyres shop. Take immediate left, can see. It is too early for me to comment on their service, as I have to go again to get my trimmer, which I given for repair. But the staffs are good. They are treating their customers well.
