Very worst experience with this company. The free service assured by the company while buying were not given. After several phone calls first service was done. When we called for 2 nd service the company wanted charges though assured for 3 free service. Worst behaviour of the owner of the company. When I said I am not interested to pay for cleaning he asked me amount for dismantling the product. Such a rude and ruthless behaviour could not be seen in any company which is in customer service. I would recommend no body to go to this company for buying any of their products.

I have a very worst experience with Larvx water filter. We brought this water filter as marketing person gave lot of confident. With in 6 month water taste changed and after 10 month they said your filter is gone and need to change and filter will not cover under warranty. As a year old user by feedback, please check before buy this product
