Good servicing. You get genuine parts and accessories. I brought a Juicer jar alone for my existing mixer grinder which was not in the existing pack. I couldnt find a jar alone any where else. I didnt want to change Panasonic mixer grinder because of its safety features and wanted a juicer too. I got the best deal here. Friendly staff too

Overcharging price of 250 for doing nothing for a blender. After a week went in person and wait, or else they wont fix the product. Be careful. Dont loose hard earned money to these guys. Its better to name kollai electronics.

Good & bad. Despite being a franchise of a legendary Japanese Panasonic. No SOP in handling service. No service memo. No status call back. Several calls were made to ascertain status of the rice cooker given for service. Delay is accepted by most, if explained properly. Not here, at least when I called. Finally, when the cooker was delivered, person was oozing with good advice on how to use or how not to use a rice cooker, especially the vesse l that comes with it. On the whole nice place. Wld be a grt service centre with little more customer feed back on status.
