Good response .. bit crowded always .. identifying the palce difficult as the jio board is hide behind the vivo advertising board

I visited this place to buy a new Jio sim. They collected my proof & took photo in their mobile app for identification and gave me the sim. Sim got activated within one hour. Also, they charged me for the plan amount only no additional charges for sim.

I went here here to stop my father in law mobile services. They did not tell me how to stop the service. They were not ware of those details

Poor speed. Not a reliable connection. Customer support not available to address issues. Raised ticket # MR*******HK7. But customer support does not answer call to provide the status of the ticket.I will not recommend JioFi.Moved to ACT fibre. Working very well. No issues.

Good to go and get basic information... But as a brand shop need to be more suggestive...

They will give jiofi device(cost ₹1999) only for those who are buying annual recharge plan(12 months, 2gb data per month costs ₹2400+). So total one need to pay around 4400+. Dont go to this location, instead chose another.. you can get without annual pack in other locations.

How bad a customer service can be? Ask this outlet!I waited for almost 20 minuted to get the attention of the staffs as they were very busy watching videos in their mobile phones. To be more precise, I was the only customer inside!I had to do a port change and guess what, they said these services are not done here and I had to goto to Reliance digital for the same. To the catch of my eye, I see from the reviews that it is done here so which concludes that they are not interested in helping us on queries .Hope the relevant team takes our reviews seriously and initiate necessary actions to lose future customers.

Was not satisfied with der response

Went here to buy a new JIO SIM card. The Sales associate here instead of providing what was asked for, kept on marketing their Mobile Handset despite of telling him that I need only the SIM and nothing else at present.The Marketing associates needs to be trained to give good service and avoid unnecessary talk and marketing that too when the Customer is not feeling comfortable talking without any reasons......

I have been here for port change from other network to Jio. They did in couple of minutes at free of cost. Its good but they have to improve in terms of products. I cant find multiple electronic products they have only limited.

Untrained staffs. When I went there to query on JIO phone 2 they were seeing it for the first time. The other time I went there for query on change plan. They asked me to reset the account which was a trial. I had to redo the whole setting to find nothing changed and then they asked me to call customer care... They only sell bad phone and sim...

..staff are very much ignorant....not well informed.... not able to cater to simple questions...

I went for Jio sim ,I crossed three members just sitting and looking into their mobiles and went to the bill desk which was just three feet from them and asked for sim,Bill counter person asked me to check with these three persons ,they just sit idle even after I went to them . Again I raise my voice for sim ,then they responded that today Jio servers are down ,so cant do any activity better come tomorrow..Then I went to another mobile retailer shop which was very near to this Jio franchise and got Jio sim and activated within minutes on the very same day .They just opened the shop for their time pass and wasting our time.

Says digital but always offline. Not sure what they sell at this store. There will be a person available but making the system to work is a challenge here.

Very worst in service. The store person act worst saying the store will be open only by 11.30 am when I was in the store by 9.55 am. Not sure if really its a govt organization or a pvt sector. The customers are not even treated as human.

Worst store, very rude agents working there. It looks like a dirty godown rather than a digital store. AC does not work. No queue management system, people are forced to crowd around and ask the agents for everything. Terrible!
