Quick service doing well repair sport..

I gave my Epson printer for head cleaning and they said for service charge 300rs. After 1hr they they said that they cant unclog the blocked head so we need to replace the printer head which costs 4000rs. So i said no thanks, then they charged me 300rs for head cleaning which is not fair. I bought that printer for 7500rs its too costly to change the head and later i take that printer to local printer repair person he did the job well cleaned the head unclog the block in the head in front of my eyes and charged me 400rs which is reasonable price. Now the printer is working fine. Seems like they are not a professional people to do any service and charged fee for not solving the issue, so not recommended to service anything from them.

Worst service, i logged a compliant 8 days ago and the service engineer never attended the fault after a week they asked me to get the printer to the service center by myself even after taking the printer to the service center they said there are no engineers available for servicing and it will take more time which was never defined...this kind of hopeless service will never be there in HP or another company so never buy Epson printers...

Services can be completed within half an hour. Service costs are costly.
