It is better to get appointment before you visit here. If your appointment # is 3 and if the advised time to be at the clinic is at 7.30 pm, it is better that you have dinner, complete any works you have and then make it to the clinic around 9 pm. Because the process is very slow. If there is a emergency, it is advised not to visit here as it takes a lot of time to see the doctor. Though the specialist is good, the process is long. There are many reasons for it such as prescription is printed and given to you by the specialist himself. This takes a lot of time to type point by point and print which during an emergency or when 10 people is waiting behind you with their kids may seem to be completly not necessary. Overall its a better clinic and a experienced specialist and can become best in the city if the above corrections are made.
