I went here during the festival days and this place has several customers. Knowledgeable staff are showing the well organised jewellery. All the staff is well dressed. Gold rate is displayed in a LED display. It is well lighted interior. They have taken the necessary precautions due to covid. I wish them all the good luck.

Their prices are quite less compared to other shops, mainly due to the lower VA. However, their main drawback is improper customer treatment. When we visited this place to buy a tikka, they didnt tend to show them by giving them to our hands. Without feeling the jewellery with touch and close observation, how can a customer buy the precious jewellery by simply looking at them from long distance? We returned back due to this in our first visit, but eventually have to return here by considering the lower prices. In our second visit we somehow managed to buy it by repeatedly asking the sales person to bring it to our proximity. Due to this we had to stand while purchasing, because we had to observe the product. The sales people are not polite as well. I advise the top management to take necessary steps to correct this behaviour with customers.

The staff are really lazy and they dont attend the customers promptly. I waited for nearly 20 minutes to buy ornament as I mistakenly joined a scheme and they made me wait and no one came and attended. I have requested them to show jewelry and they didnt even turned up. This Rajahmundry branch staff are really pathetic.

The price of gold and silver is completely less when compared to its competitors in the market. Its because of its direct selling policy from source to destination without the involvement of the 3rd party people other than the Lalitha jewellery. The brand ambassador of this has good knowledge of the market. Hes so intelligent and has the best tactics of attracting customers

In publicity view they said good shop but VAT and GST charges are samelike other big shops. Limited models only applying 10% charges remaining models 18%,20%,22% like this. Dont be fool to go this shop. Think once and go this shop. Gold Smiths are the best to make your models you want in convenient prize.

Good prices.. wastage charges were less compared to other stores. Even it start from 3% but there were very few models with less wastage charges. For above 3 grams purchase it is a best pace. Below 3 grams making/wastage charges were high instead of it we can go to a local store for small items.

Visited Rajahmundry branch. Designs are good and VA is less. Staff is not that good in receiving customers. Other than that very competitive in all other aspects and my over all experience is good.

The reception is very good. However they are not very competitive with price. The price seems to be high even if their making charges are lesser than remaining jewellers.

A spacious place with good collection of jewellery though found most of it in South Indian taste. They have ample staff to attend to each customer and everything is kept on display. So your shopping gets easy! The segmentation of jewellery is done across floors and you have different sections for each of it. The gold and silver rate for the day are as well clearly displayed.A perfect single stop shop for rajahmundry people.

Designs & pricing was good. Maintained well in focus situation.Sales man was patient enough in showing designs. Over all it was satisfactory.

I give two star rating because when I visited Wednesday on 14apr I am going to purchase short chain but the staff boy doesnot present any demo and behaviour also very bad with customers...because of only that staff boy I did not suggest any of my relative about Lalitha jewellery Rajahmundry...
