Service centre and sales are open all days except Tuesday. Service centre functions untill 6:30 pm. While the owner provided more info on payment options staff were not aware of it. Strange that showroom charges 2.5 % service charge for card payment while even smaller shops dont do. They delivered vehicle as promised also were clear in communication about getting papers. Some customers felt staff were unhelpful and rude as i was able see them arguing.

I bought Tvs jupiter in November 2020 brake noise problem still not resolved from the day I purchased

I booked tvs sport blue dual color at that time of booking sales male person told available 1 week after he told not having that color he force me to buy what available in showroom stock and he dont having a polite manner totally waste of my expectations I not like to given one star totally simply waste

Billing too high... Service persons asking dealing to do the third party work without bill..They told 6000 for clutch... for external rework they discounting around 2500 without bill...They told 6000, but the sum spares bill was 4500...Not a good service center... The worst one am seen in the TVS Service...

No proper communication...... their vehicle service done s horrible.....they dont even respect r treat the customers properly..... Almost all customers complaining about the low grade and poor quality service. The owner of the service centre is big ROWDY. He is money minded. He owns a TVS service Centre but rides ROYAL ENFIELD. This shows he do not have trust in TVS MOTORS.I did my servicing of my vehicle. They damage my vehicle. They did loose fitting of my bike. Workers working here are not skilled. They do not know how to do service. They are not trained. They damage your parts. Soon this service centre is going to get closed. In place of this Honda or hero service centre is coming soon.Suggestions: If you want to damage your vehicle then go to this service centre.They also sell vehicles at very high rate as compared to others. They will ask you for extra money after you purchase your vehicle.

After service i checked self start is not start via back brake technician told want to change switch by chargeable i shocked before no complaints. They will create pbm how i can pay.... Cheating people.... Be careful... After service you will check everything by technical person. Find out that technician wearing oil changing expert T-shirt he damaged my scooter after find out complaint bad Manners...

Procured my bike from vijay motors during 2011 and happy for proper customer service. However the show room requires renovation. Besides drop of customer to the nearest location after handing over the vehicle for service is essential.

They are not capable of selling and servicing Fuel Injected vehicles. When I approached them for price details on Apache 160 4V they responded that until the time of billing they will not know the price. In case of delivery minimum 15 days for full payment. During that 15 days I was able to buy one from another dealer and complete 700km. Since I went for service on Saturday they were not able to reach the training team and didnt check frequent engine shut-off, check and change break light. As they were instructed to do it only on Wednesday when training team will be available. Quite a story on how incompetent they are. They have no clue how tight the chain should be. They took the bike for joy ride and it was muddy during delivery.

First they do incomplete job. If you take the bike for correction they give various reasons everytime we visit them to get their fault rectified..Sunday full... Saturday full...mechanic who attended is on leave. I made 3 unsucceful visits and left it like that. And the beautiful part, the feedback call is only lip service. They listen to our repair ordeal and unsatisfied remarks like a priest in a confession box and leave the rest to God...god help me. I took my bike for button start problem. They disabled my turn indicators... God knows when someone is going to ram into me not noticing my hand signals..

I just bought RTR 160 ABS new model two months ago.They delivered the bike on time as promised. From that day one, the hospitality shown by all the staff members deserves big applause.For the first time I felt that I have been associated with good people.Service has been excellent so far. No waiting and I had a great experience. I have become a big fan of Vijay motors , Avadi. My next purchase will definitely be from this show room only.

Service handling is very bad.Left my vehicle as first early morning 8.40 am .it was just only regular checkups of free service which is water wash,oil change and cleaning.They did not do service till 5.30 pm till I reached the service centre.when we went to owner of store to share our feedback he just ignored us mentioning your vehicle will be given by 6.00 pm without even ready to hear our feedback what we are trying to express .Such type of mindset will not invite customer again.There is no customer delight at all.at one point when I called during afternoon they simply said your vehicle is yet to be allocated as technician went on done other activities.if that is the case why to have a service centre from them.they can better closeIt is not just me.i was seeing atleast 3 to 4 people come to centre and waiting for their vehicle service which is being done only in front of them even though it is left earlier morning.Also many people calling for delivery of vehicles and still service not initiated and just giving golies as did to me while I called 5 to 6 times.Please think about customer delight otherwise close service centre.I am also from service industry Customer feedback should be heard first.if customer us not important you will lose importance.

I had a very good opinion on TVS bikes. But now, its completely vanished because of the worst service from Vijay motors Avadi, chennai. The service quality is worst and the supervisors who book your services and inspect the bike before service are not friendly. They often argue with me. Since I question them for getting good service, I am the victim now. They refused to accept my bike for service couple of days ago. They said that they had already over booking for the service and asked me to come after few days. Today I went again. He was saying that this service was meant for last month. Somehow I explained and managed to leave my bike for service. But I will write till they become honest and good.

They forcefully tell customers to give 5star ratings so that they can improve their ratings. All 5star and 4 star ratings given are forcefully done. They themselves give them 5 star ratings by using mobile of less educated customers.Zero class service quality. Their labours are unskilled. After giving bike for servicing labours use it for their personal use. They will take out your petrol from bike. I have faced this issues. I did my vehicle servicing here. They damaged my bike and everywhere scratches were seen.When I purchased Bike from here they were talking very very sweet such that they are my relatives. But when I brought my bike for servicing here they were behaving like I am their enemy. They dont care about customer. They are purely money minded. They are greedy and money hungry. Many customers have done complaints about this service centre. My neighbor purchased Bike from here. They sold him faulty and damaged bike. And now they say they cannot replaced it. All parts are faulty and corroded.I wote this review to warn other customers not to go this service centre for bike purchase and servicing. If you go here then you will end up writing reviews like me. And then you will regret and say AAIYO chi...choice is yours ji.

Very worst service ever seen in my life . Bought Jupiter Grand from this showroom in April 2019. Had a minor accident on May 27th 2019 with little bumps on back panel and left my vehicle in the showroom for body parts replacement through insurance.They did not care about the insurance and did not help customer about the process.intially someone from the service centre misguided and told this will not cover under insurance . I took steps to get in touch with insurance for approval and coordinated with service centre to initiate the replacement process . All these were done with in 2 days because of my effort.They ordered the wrong part twice and made me wait for more than 10 days. I have also raised a complaint to TVS care and only after that they speak well. Finally I had to accept the wrong part to be replaced as I need the bike immediately.Advice to managementPlease make sure you do precise communication with customer and dont make false promises.

I gave my vehicle for a service. In Back seat, tool Kit and a Helmet was there. They did not return both after service. When I checked with them, very poor/bad response. Very bad front office assistance at sales section too. Bad customer care.And they charged 1300/- for two wheeler service ( oil change + normal service )

Worst Service center. No proper response from staff. Gave my byk fr service they kept it fr 2days and the prblm was nt rectified. Again i gave it them fr 3rd day still the prblm was not rectified. again i called and complained the thr response was so annoying and silly.they kept byk fr 3days aftr that they say mechanic is nt available. later they said they vl cl once mechanic comes but still i havent received a call frm them. But i was charged 1000₹.

Pathetic Customer Service: I had purchased TVS Jupiter bike from this horrible show room last month. Their fittings is horrible and I got it rectified from a near by showroom. Speedometer was not working from Day 1 (they forget to enable the speedometer wire). Trust me, they have zero customer service. They loot public by selling accessories at a very higher price than the other show rooms, most of their employees are arrogant nature, there are better show rooms in Chennai who can understand what is Customer Service all about. The worst part is, they pay lot of bribe to RTO for their personal benefits by charging extra from the customers. I am about to send a complaint about this pathetic showroom to TVS headquarters shortly.

This place has the service centre and they sell new bike too, there is no fault or any defects with the new vehicle if you see any you can mention to them and theyll fix it asap. Service is just back side of the building basic bikes are available but when it come to expensive bike have to wait some time.

Very POOR CUSTOMER CARE , recently I had given my bike for servicing but they broke my bikes silencer guardplate , break also not properly fixed , they were so adamant that inspite of asking them not to change oil they forced me to change their company s oil & had CHARGED me so much Extra... Amount , WEN I asked them to fix my silencer guardplate they told me to come next day as welding shop was closed but next day wen I went they took my bike to welding shop then again they told shop is closed come next day ... Like this SIMPLY they were asking me to come next day ... Very poor response, poor customer care, POOR SERVICE TOO .

Average showroom. The one hour service that tvs promise is only available if you come in the morning. I have to wait for 50 mins more than the time they toldme to come at. Vehicle serviced was working as new.
