I have seen Dr. Mandava on several occasions for my skin concerns and have been extremely pleased with her and her staff! She spends time to actually listen to all of your concerns and questions and not quick to jump to conclusions.

Horrible experience,, so many ways of snatching money in one way or the other. Go for one but forced to get many and again forced to pay for it.. Also she takes her vacations very very often that u will not be able to plan your schedule consistently. And lying is at its peak..I asked her for the derma roller once my sessions got over as she cannot use that on anyone which is incorrect, first she said will give you after sixth session, and when I said her that today is my sixth one as discussed my last session and then suddenly from no where she says this is a new derma roller I started using from fourth session as we lost the old one. Seriously...I doubt if she uses the same derma roller for everyone, but very cleverly says we have kept this separately for everyone with names were written on them.. And also she never puts the whole liquid the serum which we pay for, she uses syringe and fills only little hiding from us but gets paid for the full bottle.. And more than the liquid itself she charges just to put it on our scalp.. Which is 4000... Horrible right.. And in the beginning only she will show little interest as once u start falling for the trap then she will hardly be effective on the treatments. And she will forcefully make us sign the agreement or some sheet of papers, and when I read i was in shock to see that it is written that they dont force us to do the other or next sessions( I think someone had put a case on her for this), whereas she gets her advance 4000 befor the next session itself, coz she knows we will not be liking her treatment and may want to quit, so she gets the payment in advance... Can write thousand pages on this... But am done and frustrated with this lady... Pathetic experience and huge money got wasted.. If u dont trust me,, give it a try and have fun...

Right away the appointment was booked within the week and in my first consultation they offered me a long term plan and short term solution for the pain. The clinic is very clean and the doctor and staff are very friendly, they definitely make you feel at ease. My acne mostly cleared within a month but follow up visits made sure It cleared completely and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment and long term use.

On seeing their good reviews , i have visited here for my spouse skin treatment. So I happened to know about Dr.Sindura from Insta and suggested for my sister as the clinic was near my place. We both went together and like all women we had our share of usual problems adult acne, severe hair loss etc...Doctor to my surprise did not jump to any treatment and took time to explain the possible root causes of a problem and hence its very essential to do a check up..in the past seven years none of them suggested me that and everyone was quick to write the conditioners,serum,facial laser etc..when I went for a scan it was diagnosed that I had a cyst which is a major cause of all my problems..omg I was so stubborn that I dont have any complications and here comes the culprit...doctor was very patient and very transparent as to what will get cured and what not...she is a genuine doctor and a good human being..

Plz dont visit for skin problems... Bcoz she is not ready to listen my problem and she only money minded.. She not diagonse my skin just see my face and next she said like laser treatment is only way to remove ur scar per month 8000 and she asked me like where are you working and Im told her working details then she refused laser topic and suggested some medicine and those medicine cost is around 8000......its very ridiculous.. My only regret is she is not listen my words and she is not diagnose my skin.. Im really very frustrated... She is only concern about money peoples...
