Poor response. Delaying report to patients. No one answers the call .

Worst attitude and behaviour by agent.We ordered for home collection of blood samples by 7am. The person rang the bell and we opened the door in 2 minutes. But by the time, the agent left . When we called him, he said that I cannot wait and you must be ready by the time I come.Same thing happened last year. He shouted at my mother for opening the gate lock and doors a little late. She was new to my place and was not sure which was the right key. I guess it should be the same person this time too from Medall Chrompet.I request the management to get rid of these persons to get customers loyalty.

Went to master health check up and it was quick and technicians are good and friendly. Liked the way every one treated and the service is much improved from last year. Thank you

I had my home blood collection done.The worst service agent I would give zero star for his work.He is not knowledgeable at all he took wrong test and keeps boasting what he did was correct he doesnt know the what test how it has to done..very inexperienced but only by words told me 15 years experienced...so he doesnt know the protocol difference between o*With Dipsi guidelines n gtt gestational*..does experienced person forget to take blood samples ??? And blame on patients... Vijaykanth agent is not fit for home collection better learn from others if u dont know what test how it has to taken...the manager of this branch gopinath has to be incharge of whats going on with this branch..by the way the agent came 1 hour lately for blood collection... which he never bothered to care..

Very costly and money minded. They have tied up with doctors and give huge cut to them.

Very worst service. Overcharged for basic reports.

Bad experience. Went for pregnancy scan. Even there was few patients, they kept us wait for 1 1/2 hours said that system problem. but they were busy with chatting between them. playing like a kids. No professional ethics followed.
