Went for a consultation today morning. Senior Doctor is very nice and Understand the patient needs. Very helpful. Thank you doctor. The customer service is very bad. And they charged for X-ray and told me that we will send by email. Yet I didnt receive any email from the clinic. No response. Why these people are like this I dont know. This may damage doctors image. 3 Stars for doctor alone. If the customer service respond well means I may give 5 stars.

I had the great fortune to be recommended Arun Kulandaivelu by a friend in London and I travelled to Chennai to have a complex treatment. Their assessment and knowledge was excellent and I was given a proper choice of options moving forward as the treatment plan became more complex and extended as a result of a proper assessment of the issues. I was cared for well and professionally by the whole of the practice and felt well looked after and cared for by the whole of the team. One key element of how fantastic the treatment was that they condensed a larger treatment plan into the time I had available and this resulted in them creating a complex treatment sequence that worked and supported me. This also resulted in them using a number of experienced specialists for specific work which is something that would never have been affordable or possible at my dentist in London who works as a single handed practice in London.The work and transformation was excellent. Finally after years of misalignment all of my teeth touched. I had complex root canals, periodontics, top of the range zirconia crowns and top of the range tooth whitening.I can honestly say that none of the work was painful bar 15 minutes which was really tough going. The rest might have been a bit uncomfortable but without any specific pain including the post treatment period after the anaesthesia wore off. It was an excellent experience.Their practice is modern and they use modern techniques and processes. I never once doubted the hygiene and safety of my health as a result of having extensive treatment with Arun Kulandaivelu.I felt very cared for through out the whole 10 days I was in India and was extremely impressed by the quality of the work. This treatment was better than I could have afforded or got in the UK.It is a very long way to go and it does provide you with the opportunity to have a holiday at the same time. But even just for the treatment even with the flights and hotel costs there were significant savings from having the work done in the UK.The aftercare is excellent but unfortunately a long way to go back for a check up or adjustment but I have been lucky enough not to have experienced any problems since the treatment some 9 months ago.As a real added bonus all of the zirconia crowns are insured and if any were to break of come out the dentist is will be able to remake and send the crowns on for local fitment. I can honestly say that the crowns I have in my mouth fit better and feel better than any that I have had in the UK for the last ten years.
