Took my 2nd Covid vaccine dose here. I was in and out within 5 minutes.

Went here for vaccination on today (13th July). It took me 5 minutes in total to step in, show proof, show my covin OTP, make payment, vaccinate & get back to vehicle. Was a good experience overall. And the person who vaccinated named Priya explained the do’s & don’ts properly & also didn’t even feel the jab.

Recently i have done my Root Canal Treatment in Apollo Dental Clinic, Kotturpuram under Shilfa mam. She and her team of doctors are extremely good. They explained me the procedure before proceeding with each step of the process. Because of my previous experience with dentists, i was little scared about my dental procedures. Shilfa is a very kind doctor, she understood the anxiety in me and was guiding patiently throughout the entire process. Her team is approachable to any kind of queries and they followed up after the treatment. I thank shilfa mam, rithika mam, endodontist and the prosthodontist. The root canal removed the pain i had for days ! Without Shilfa, definitely i would have hesitated and postponed the procedure. Thanks Shilfa and team ! Wish you bring more smiles to people !!!

Apollo Clinic Kotturpuram is neat, I went for taking whole body check up on 19-jan-2021. Blood collected for Glucose fasting was perfect but post breakfast they took another sample which caused some clot in my hand as show in the image. I request you to be much more careful during blood collection and not harming the patients.Thanks.

I could not have had better service and care if I had gone to other hospital, an appreciation to excellent work by Dr. Jaza Mehweish (sorry, if I spelled wrong), the place is clean and neat, located at the main road, make it convenient. Report were delivered on time, above all a great experience.

We had to wait for 1 1/2 hours for doctor. There after again waiting for half an hour to get POP cut. No technician for X ray. Need to visit again next day. By then doc comments yet to receive its more than 3 days. I dont think so there will be any call from their end.

Had a mixed experience at this clinic, they were fast to help me with general stuff and full check up however I was not impressed with the communication/explanation/timeline of things. The clinic is quite well set up and looks clean but cant help but feeling the equipment is from the 70s. most staff was friendly and helpful but unfortunately not all seem to be happy to work that day ;-) Further more a few personal observations might help, I have had numerous stitches removed in my life, never was this proces more uncomfortable than today. Seeing the ENT dr. today, very unfriendly reception, didnt even return a simple good morning and again a procedure I underwent more than once before was more painful than it needed to be in my opinion so for the fisrt time ever I walked out during a procedure for I was worried about the skills of the therapist. There you, this was my experience.

My experience with Apollo Kotturpuram has been very good. Ms Angayarkani deserves special mention for the personal attention she gives to every patient. She sends reports by email quite promptly. A very dedicated employee.

Two things this clinic is very poor , first thing they take lot of time in the payment counter when I went for health check up, as they have one counter where they take payment as well as the new reg. If u come for fasting sugar check up, u need to atleast wait for min 1 hour before u could do your payment. Next one, i have not received my results in email even after 3 days of my check up, even though they claim they will send. Their website also not having the results due to software change. Rest all looks organized and clean place.

Doctors are good. But services are pathetic, they are exploiting patients by overcharging everything. Normal blood group test is Rs 310 which you can do outside by paying RS 150. request you to visit Dr but for lab services always go outside. The clinic lab is always full with minimum waiting period of 1 and half an hr. They give first preferences to medical insurance patient then normal one.In simple words, this clinic is best example of corporate culture where everyone is having target. They are making money by fooling people in the name of lab test. Dont go to their labs for any test.

Doctor & nursing services were par excellence. Visited the clinic 3 times for dressing and a consultation. Dressing done by nursing team was efficient and with a lot of care. The nurse dealt with me with so much empathy and made me comfortable and this makes such a difference at keeping me and any other patient at ease. Doctor spent a good amount of time and explained well.The reason behind deducting 1 star:- Pharmacy: staff were slow, did not maintain eye contact, did not attend prescriptions until repeatedly requested. 3 out of 4 prescribed products were unavailable, things as basic as micropore, Savlon and sufficient stock of gauze.- Payments/bills: Bills were not given for most transactions until particularly asked. In many instances, PayTM scanner and card devices would be visible but cash would be the only acceptable payment mode. At a stage when cashless payments are so widely used and healthcare is expensive, cash cannot be asked for as the sole paymode.Thanks for the great patient care nonetheless.

I go there for the physiotherapy sessions (with Dr.Logeshwari) and it has helped me a lot with the knee pain. The staff there are helpful, kind and patient in answering all the questions.

Worst of all Apollo branches in Chennai. Floors devoid of space, very crunchy. I was made to wait 1 hr for a scan, with no one before me. (It was a friday afternoon and I was d only patient in the entire floor). No coordination. Billing process is so slow, i was standing in line for 25 minutes with just 1 person before me. People were totally lost on what to do. On the whole spent 3 hrs for a 20 minute scan with NIL crowd.

Good multi specialty clinic. With latest amenities and good doctors. The place is not too premium but is better than most clinics. One thing which this place badly needs is a proper appointment management system. Otherwise this is a very good facility. But because of the huge wait times and improper appointment management you get hours wasted waiting for you turn. The doctors and staff are otherwise good, the charges are on the higher side because of the Apollo brand.

The clinic looks pretty clean, the issue is with the management here. Nothing is organized and the reception and all other sections are crowded with patients to either pay bills or to get reports. Inspite of the crowd, the members at the reception does not seem to be bothered. Most of the time they are seen talking with each other. The funny thing is all this time the doctors are sitting inside without any patients. The same feedback goes to their pharmacy too.

This is the most comfortable clinic for me to walk-in for any ailments or even a general checkup. Its easily accessible to me. The doctors here are very good (Dr. Supriya, Dr. Wahida and the radiologist Dr Abirami)I like the friendly staff here (Mrs Fathima, Sister Jyothi, Sister Mahee, Sister Savitha and Sister Sindu). They had been very accommodative and had extended their support when ever needed. They were always reachable and provided a friendly atmosphere.

I visited thst clinic 3rd time as my company sponsored annual health checkup. The clinic is very neat and clean. PMT lab technician briefed about the test very well.The waiting time is more than the actual test and consultation time, mgmt to look after this. Also, post checkup consultation is available only on weekdays, that too up to 2pm, for office goers its very difficult and to take off from work, for this reason, I rate this clinic 3 star.

Myself had health check up on 31th Aug19 ,all check up went on well except tread mill which is more relevant test for the 50 Plus group.Unfortunate the Machine have software issue not supporting.Staff working here are good and umbul ,the admin.has to support with good working condition of such equpts to avoid dissatisfaction and needy help on emergency situations.Thanks

Incorrect number on google for contact.Moreover, they dont know what appointment means. They give you a time and when you reach there you realise its first come first serve. Really weird. I had to wait an hour even when i had taken a prior appointment!

If I have an option to give Zero rating i could prefer that. Worst experience. They are totally dependent of the health care provided yearly checkup of the corporate companies. Very poor management and the less staff. They are in total confusion they them self dont know what kind of service rendered by them. I was asked to wait for two hours for a wrong test which is not even my health check package ad they asked me to pay for that services. It a total bullshit. Never prefer this hospital for your Annual Checkup and the lab result are not correct when I compared with their own Apollo main hospital lab test.

Doctors are super busy inspite of getting the appointment..its just another building with windows doors and ac...not applicable for patients...Apollo wake up...your dermatologist is the most busiest person in the world ...I can understand how will be your surgeons. Until a dermatologist take time and examines the rash the remedy cant be provided .DR. Janaki is super busy ...prescribed ointment for my wife which not available anywhere including Apollo pharmacy ..what are up to ...super high fee..for 2 min of consultation 600/- ..as a patient we are still figuring out where on earth we get this medicine...when we enter doctors room she started with am very busy, running late.. how comfortable if you were a patient...Apollo...treat patients as humans not as money making machines.....
