They have good quality fabric really smooth and awesome. Service are superb. With limited edition theyre upto trends. The thing is they have a fewer stock alone not a bunch of stock but all sizes available within these stocks. Overall its a good place to visit.

The mens section has good collection, the prices are reasonable for a normal brand, the best thing to say about trends is they have good parking facilities, sales persons are customer friendly, the one thing i hate here is just to lure customers they provide coupons and gifts if you visit frequently you can find the trick behind, moreover nothing comes free, the shirts and trousers fit was really good.

This showroom is having many collections but at same size not at bigger size, they have many offers if you want buy kitchen products as of if you buy cloths for certain amount. The ground floor alone do not have AC but the rest 2 floors have. This is a unisex cloth showroom, every one from any age can buy clothes. There are also certain offers for the next time you buy at the Reliance Trends.

Very good shopping experience

Shop has a good collection for men and sales guys in mens section were very helpful and kind. Bought couple of flying machine jeans, team spirit tshirts, and team spirit joggers ight pants. Joggers looks and fits well, but after two wears I saw a small tear in the pant. Havent even washed it, and Im sure it wasnt there when I bought it. Wondering if the quality is that bad?! Will keep posted on how the other two joggers hold. All good, and I wanted the jean pants to be altered for lengths, and the tailor women said she cannot alter for 1 1/2 inches and said washing it will shrink the pants even further. Though it never happened to me before, I took it home washed, and after drying it stayed the same length. So I went back to the store asking her to reduce the length and she was acting rude this time and didnt even listen what I was trying to say. I became annoyed and told her to reduce the length no more than 1 1/2 inches, she didnt even say anything and took the pants inside. Very bad, learn to be respectful to the customers; youre not offering any free services. Wife said the sales women in the kids section were not of much help as well. Sales women in Thiruvallur were much better is what she said.

New trends showroom opened in my location so i went eagerly..but i was disappointed during my billing . I thought to purchase for 3-4k ..The sales person told that purchase for 5k u will get Electric Rice Cooker as GIFT.So i decided to go for it ..purchased for 5k and gone for billing 🔴 The SHOCK moment for me is they are telling *FOR GIFT U HAVE TO PAY EXTRA 200rs* ..Its New shop so they giving GIFT as complimentary for Customer, I don’t know y they r asking 200rs extra even I purchased for they limit 5k 🤷🏻‍♂️ They funny reply is Electric Rice Cooker price is 2k something so u have pay extra 200 🤦🏻‍♂️ Then Plz don’t say that is GIFT... Say as OFFER ‼️This 200amount they will inform while billing only...we Customers r cheap ?

However to my surprise we ran into good collection of clothing and it was a good experience overall. The customer service representative was receptive and helpful. The items was purchased thiruninravur last month for rupees 6,000/- which I was bought the item chudihar quality was very worst....for one washing the clothes was getting fade....the chudihar colour was looking in another colour... Its very worst cloth materials in thiruninravur branch.... Try to change...to the customer satisfaction...
