Pretty quick delivery. I always Dunzo from the store and they ensure that the packaging is intact with no leakage or odor.The price is also reasonable for the quality.I personally love the fresh prawns as they are deveined already and we can just add it to the dish as it is. Saves time.Mutton is also tender always.

Even though there products are good, Never treat customers as customers. Specifically online customers. In my almost all past deliveries either they bring late or partial delivered or give the wrong product. Very few time when they dont have business they look in to online customers.Please avoid them totally, for their worst attitude...

For all their advertisements we see, was very disappointed with their products. Ordered for prawn through Dunzo last weekend. It was so smelly and of old stock. When I raised the issue with Fipola, their response was that since I had bought it through Dunzo, I will have to contact them !! Dunzo is only a delivery service, how can they be responsible for the lousy product delivered ??? Will never recommend this place.

Now Chennai has a well networked stores throughout the city for meat and fish store in form of Fipola. I picked up premarinaded chicken for weekend party and delicious butter chicken spreads in jar from the Anna Nagar branch. The freshness and hygienically package impressed me. Would be ordering more soon.

Today Sunday morning I bought 1 kg of Mathi fish and counter person was too happy to give 20% discount, only to find that u guys had discounted on the quality of the fish I bought. Horribly bad. Pl detect such stuff in advance and avoid selling such stuff.

During this pandemic, I’m very much concerned about the meat and groceries I purchase. I think I’ve had the safest and best experience with Fipola! They deliver on time, very polite staffs and the meat is always clean and fresh. If you’re looking for a place to buy healthy, then I would always recommend Fipola.

On 3rd July21 Ive took 11kg prawns & while billing I was offered marinated pepper chicken as compliment Which totally messed my stomach., seams it got expired & instead of throwing it, they are throwing in customers as compliment. Ive suffered from fever & severe loose motions.

Okayish shop,good for mutton and lamb,and select seafoods too,place is hygine,good cuts.I think hygine is the only thing that brings me back to this place(sometimes it stinks too,but hey thats expected).

Placed online order around 7 am in the morning for a delivery slot 10 to 12, but yet to receive the order... I even doubt if I would get my order as no delivery agent has been assigned yet... Not able to reach customer care too... Atleast if you are not able to deliver.. Process refund...

Variety is what they offer bountiful when it comes to choices of meat and seafood. Inspite of being costlier than the market rates if the day, the quality and service provided more or less compensates for the added cost. Further to fresh meat they have choices for marinades, ready-to-fry and spreads as well.

Ordered meat on 24 th april and my order was confirmed in the slot 7 to 8.30pm.I was waiting till 10pm.But there was no response from their side.The next day was total shut down.we could not buy meat for the next day meal.totally disappointed ..............02.06.21....today ordered meat half a kg..it was charged Rs.500, meat looked good when it was washed, but after cooking half of the meat pieces turned black.we throwed the pieces as it was not able to eat..........Today that is on 6th june...ordered chicken on 5th and my order has been confirmed in the slot 10 to 12pm........now the time is 12.45...not yet delivered.very disappointed..

Ive ordered online, my delivery never came and havent received the refund also. Ive tried to contact through mail and phone calls, but no response yet. It has been a month since i ordered through fipola website. Ive waited so long to get a response. and now i am forced to give this review.Even when waiting for my refund, i was placing my new orders, but the last received chicken was not good at all. It feels like few days old chicken. Finally i had to dump my whole gravy and end up with eating omlete. Since they failed to response after my repeated attempts, i am left with no choice than to explain my scenario here in this review.

Worst experience ever i had with online purchase.I ordered some marinades and that was to be delivered on Monday morning 6-10 slot.never came so i had to call the customer care,they said i ll get it by 10.30,not even mentioned what was the issue.Then someone from Anna nagar branch called me to inform that its all put of stock by 11am.so i was asked to choose alternatives i did.she said i ll get it in sometime.Never called back,even after one hour so i tried calling her,i called her 3 or 4 times no response i was left in a blind corner.And again i had to cal customer care who said its already dispatched and will reach me soon and the time was 12ish.It takes 15or20mins frok their shop maximum to reach my place. Nothing came in next 45 mins.Had to call again meanwhile the delivery executive came.Out of three items he brought two and when i asked wheres the other one he said its only this much and i had to explain him and show the bill and sir again had to go back and get chicken which i got after another hour.So if yu are okay with making some 10 15 calls and then wait for 6 to 8 hours for a KG of chickenYou can totally go for fipola.And also the chicken was not an amazing quality that i had to wait for 8 hours and had to go through all this.

I used to be so fascinated with this shop when they started it. The place used to be super clean. Now its completely deteriorated. Absolutely no care. Its falling apart. Disappointed.

No customer serive number. Computerised chat reply standard text stating that to send a email. Zero response in emails too..I ordered two orders. Both not delivered. Without any reason not even informed to me my orders got cancelled. I have send plenty of text and 3 emails. Still i havent received any response. I have paid money for both my orders. Unreliable delivery. Ordered tuna & sardines @ 8.30 for delivery by 10.30. Got a call an hour later informing that sardines are out of stock. Converted the order to anchovies. Again got a call at 11.30 from store informing that anchovies are not available. So, if you are buying for the days cooking, do not depend on their delivery as your waiting can be a total waste of time.... Hope my payment is credited back promptly...

We bought 1/2kg of curry cut goat mutton delivered through Dunzo ( 18th Apr at 12.20 pm ). (Order ID ccc6eeab-1f95-40df-81ed-b7b20eaf6dae) To our dismay, we were utterly shocked to find that what was delivered was almost 90% bones with hardly any meat in it. Fipola is taking advantage of the inability of customers to go in person to the shop and see what they are giving. It is extremely sad that a reputed ( at-least thats what they claim ) branded retailer would take to such cheap means to gain advantage of a difficult situation that the whole country is facing. Planning to raise a complaint to the Food/corp Authorities.

I had worst experiences with the fipola Anna nagar branch, they only give priority to Dunzo delivery boys and also 3 times I got chicken pieces from them, it was only bones and not much of good pieces,I find they are more interested in servicing Dunzo guys, and give some junk to the cusotmers who buy few only,Bulk orders are appreciated I feel and not the small retail ones.I will not recommend this shop, my local chicken shop, who sees my face and gives me good pieces every time I go there. He respects me and acknowledges a customer who comes to his shop.
