All international brands are available in fragrance like gucci etc...staffs are not attending the customers properly just like that are talking with co staffs.. they not even explaining the discounts properly they wanna sell in full price with out discounts.

People who knew I have had a issue with this store.. it’s sorted now and I got my refund finally. It just not only their mistake alone, it’s also the card ( EDC). Machine company’s and banks fault too.Best advise is don’t pay and Settle before you check if you have any credits. If you have any credits, ask the counter if you have any and use it before paying, If you did pay before, don’t cancel the payment on the system, instead leave it and use that credit another time.

Excellent store for Perfumes including 2 luxury segment (TomFord Private Blend and Ermenegildo Zegna (Elements/Essenze)) which cant be found at the Chennai Duty Free also.And I am really impressed with the hospitality of the representatives there (cant comment on the makeup section though), over all its nice experience to be there.Hope they bring some other brands Private blend/exclusifs as well like Diors Private blend , Armani Privee , Gurlains Private collection, Chanels exclusifs etc as they are from Designer brands and similar price tag.It would be great if they start to keep some niche brands too like Kilian,Clive Christian ,Jovoy etc as they fall under similar price range of TomFord PB or Zegnas PB , just a wish :)

What i learned from this store, happened at the scent section. Each scent has two barcodes 1. Products orginal barcode 2. Sephoras barcode with discounts.1. If a person buys a product and the products original barcode is scanned NO DISCOUNT!!!2. If a person buys a product and the sephoras barcode is scanned you will get discounts.There is a scam here....!!!!!!!It depends on what you plan to buyIf the salesman wants to sell you with no discount they will peel out the barcode sticker from your product when youre distracted and scan the other barcode.These people are looting money real time. Why do you run a store with discounts when you cant provide it to your customers????. I hope Sephoras management will take necessary actions against these staffs.Every single penny earned should deserve its value

Good sales staff

Sephora at PheonixProducts are good however the representative assigned are not helpful.When ever I go no REP is helpful they ll assist the other customers not even bothered that iam looking for the product and Iam a regular customer of Sephora I buy products from very good brand make up forever and becca very disappointed with the service.😡

Best place to buy all the international brand perfumes like Burberry, Gucci and cosmetics in Chennai

Sephora at Phoenix Mall Velachery Chennai is run by a team of very indecent and rude people. The lady staff have zero interest in showcasing the product and the male staff was busy talking and having fun with a lady staff.

Staffs are too rude and they don’t even show any interesting attending customers! They do their work showing 2 shades to try

It’s not like the other international Sephora stores where you can take your time to wander around and check products. There is some irritating salesperson bugging you through out your visit. No discounts are available nor any weekly deals neither any good complimentary gifts for your purchase are given.
