It is a nice place to have snacks and we can have good tasty cakes. We get birthday cakes,pizzas and much more quick bites here. I usually used to go here for my all time favourite choco lava cake. I like it very much. Staff are very good responsible. They accept all type of cards for payment.

Used to Love their double chocolate cake and chocolate truffle. Off late the taste has changed.Their burger buns are great. So are their chicken puffs

Worst customer service. The one near Shanthi colony I would like to mention, the cashier- bald and brown skinned, he needs to learn what politeness is. If the manager or head gets to see this sorry youll will be losing more customers soon.

It is a good place for buying baked goods. They used to have this famous chocolate delight. I dont know for what reason they have stopped selling it ..disappointed. The cakes that are not icing could really use some nuts to balance out the sweetness.

Their plum cakes are like wine. The more days you keep them, they taste that much better. Really expensive but still you should try them..

Quality has to improve a lot

I am writing this after my second visit. Really enjoyed both times. Tried different cakes and breads and all are so good. Especially tried their honey cake, cream cone, fruit Danish, coconut ball, chocolate big slice, grilled veg sandwich. all were so yummy. Really loved it. Also bought sweat bread and wheat bread both are so soft to cook at home. A must visit place. Prices are also so good a value for money bakery. Can be marked as a regular spot.

I love Primas. Everything here is fresh. The bread is just amazing. They have some pretty old school bakery puffs too. Plus the place is easy on your pocket.

Prima is one of the oldest bakery as i hear. It serves some delectable baked items. The best cream tolls Ive eaten in some time. The chocolate cake is delicious. The eggless varieties are also good. The savoury items are also popular here. I love the breads and pizza base from here, its fresh and tastes good. They have alot of varieties in brownies and cup cakes to choose from. Prices are good.

Quantity with best quality for a really best price.Any time. You can relay and buy pastries from here.I have been purchasing in the same shop for the past 8 years and more. Never had a bad experience.If I must insist the I would suggest to try their American brownie, sweet butter milk bun, doughnuts, any choco cake... Try the rest too anyhow.

My most favorite bakers. Most commendable. Ive been visiting this place like for over a decade and I have still not grown tired of it. The taste is absolutely delicious and mouth watering. Anything and everything you pick, you will never regret. Clean and simple. You have almost everything available in Primas. They are the best. The taste is their pride. For all these years I have never been dissapointed with the taste. It is as good as I first tasted it. And this stays for all the food items in their. Jam bun, chicken garlic roll, chicken cutlet, fruit pudding, chocolate pudding, cream bun, egg sandwich, chicken sandwich, vegetable sandwich, Diamond cuts sweet and spicy, Chocolate truffle cake and lots more on the list. Love it all and will always be a regular customer. Kudos guys.

No one has knowledge about birthday cake pricing each one says each price whatever comes in mouth no menu card for cake no design photos nothing ... Cant even answer simple cost details correct .. asked me to come after 2 hrs. For pricing and design

Went there today, was very unsatisfied with the service.In fact I was disappointed as the staff gave me 2 day old pastry when there were fresh ones. I requested for a fresh batch ,which was when she gave me 1 day old pastry instead.When I enquired about it she replied that it was ordered by another customer and that she couldn’t give them a day old pastry.They are hoarding fresh pastry and selling off the old ones.It is not appropriate to lie just to sell old pastry.Will not visit again.The bakery was fine but the staff is very arrogant.

A lovely place for best bakery products , Mau gains the same quality and pricing is reasonable. Customer service can be better , the banana cake is definitely a recommendation.

Quality of the product is good. Only they are failing to give the order in time though it is booked well in advance. I have the sane experience second year in a row.

I bought 4 snacks, 3 are ok., 4th one is pathetic and the chinna dhal which supposed to be crisply, is very soft and old enough to through in dust bin. Be careful, primas is not all that clean .. one among the commercials
