We had placed and order on 10thAugust 2021 and paid the full amount.Till one week no reply nor on email or even on one contact number provided on site and later reply that product is in transit and within few days with some reason cancellation of product.After many mail trail only received reply that money will be refunded to same mode from which was done, but till today no action.Its been 2months.

Wrong product was sent. I ordered for blue refills, and black refills were delivered. They never attended for return pick up. Feels like they send you whatever product they have left enough in there stockUpdate : They exchanged the product. But this was done after multiple follow up and was delayed by a lot of time. Adding 2 more stars for there commitment and trust

I’ve ordered and paid for hp ink cartridges on September 8th . Still not received. Tried to contact owner over phone and email no response. My order reference AQFOIXYTHItem Received today 3rd October 2021. Too late delivery and poor Response from the supplier.

I ordered products of around 3k still havent seen it has been shipped. Also there is no information provided on the website of tracking details and no response on emails.If there is no transparency it is difficult for customers to buy from this website.

As of now I am giving 1 star as I received my parcel yesterday, I had ordered 6 pens in total of which two I didnt receive, I had sent them mail yesterday and also tried to call but no one answered, they did not inform me in mail that they were not dispatching complete order.I hope they wud resolve this at the earliestOffimart has refunded the amount for pens not received, wud suggest them to inform such cases to customers as they never informed me anything

Appalled at how they treat their customers who are on the other side of the country.They took 2 weeks to deliver, and the item sent was not what I ordered. They sent me a pack of ball pens when l had ordered roller ball pens. They kept saying that it was a mistake, and the item will be exchanged. After 40-50 days I gave up when nothing was done on their behalf. more than 500 rupees down the drain.

My first and last order had a lot of items missing and it was an ordeal to get them to refund the money. They actually called me the day after I had placed my order and informed me that one of the paints was out of stock so I told them to replace it with any one of the ~20 other colours I had ordered (the website description itself was wrong as the item was part of a set). Received my order after about 10-13 days and then I informed them through mail about the missing items (no one picked up the calls) the very polite customer service rep called and spoke to me and said that they will send me the missing items right away but after waiting for almost a month there was no sign of the items. They finally refunded the money after another email. It would be disastrous to order from them if you actually need the items on time as delay in shipping and missing items will just be a waste of time and effort. That one star is just for their polite customer service people.

Save your money. They are not even 10% as professional as Amazon or Flipkart is. They send you old stock. Sometimes even two-three years old stationary will be shipped to you. Some reviews seem fake!

Service is very bad and they don’t respond after taking payment. I ordered online and made the payment but they didn’t dispatch the stationary as per the order inspite of several requests and reminders. So, I suggest every one not to make advance payment.

Its has been 9 days since I made the mistake of placing an order with them. They do not reply to any mails and wont pick up the phone. The lack of communication is alarming to say the least. Now I am wondering if the good reviews are paid/fake ones and I shouldnt have trusted the good rating. Another 5 days and I will have to contest the payment.Update: I got my order the day after I wrote my review. The items were packaged very well so as to avoid damage. I had placed an order for a cartridge a week ago and till now there is no news. No shipping details even after they said it has already been shipped.Before placing the order i had called up the company to ask if the product was in stock and the logistics they use..the man on the other side assured me that the product would be shipped the very next day.
