DO NOT BELIEVE IN ONLINE DEALS WITH THIS SHOP AND THEIR SUGAR COATED WORDS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.purchased a wooden aari stand online for Rs. 1500 and was sent a defective piece. Replacement and refund was not entertained saying it is not in their policy.

If someone can say asking for a bill to pay and asking to reduce for whatever was duly returned as rogueness and height of atrocity someone can display thats Agarwals Stores in Mint Street Chennai do. They tend to supply whatever they have and not that what we want. Then if we ask them, their reply is like this. I never mentioned about anything political and Vinay Agarwal is threatening me with his cousins name in RSS. I dont care if his cousin is in RSS or BJP or whatever party. He is displaying politics for mere Rs. 800/- and trying to cheat a woman for Rs. 3500/-. This is what is called rowdyism. I am displaying the message from this politically influential misbehaving person Vinay Agarwal and Bharat Agarwal who wants to display pride of knowing and threatening people. Who the hell is he to block me. I will block him henceforth and i request all those who are in touch with this Agarwal Stores to be careful with what you order and what you get. For eg. We ordered 10 packets of hooks and he had sent 10 boxes of hooks and if we return what we did not order he ends up with an argument. He wants to sell whatever he has and not anything that we want. His brother Bharat Agarwal describes the customers as rogues, such a respectless people. I dont know if these kind of people are also there in business and i feel very bad that i had dealt with such people for quite sometime. Buyers beware!!! Now its for me and the same can happen you anytime.I have attached the pics herewith abt the whatsapp chats. Pls have a look and try to refrain doing buisness with so called political party or some piece of _____.Vinay Agarwal as he claims he is blessed with so much is being transferred from Northern part and selling goods here in TN, beggin me for a mere 811/ rupees, buisness ppl have to learn from Agarwals for their technical ethics. If i ask for 10 packets of hooks being a such a blessed one, he sends me 10 boxes of hooks which is almost 90% extra what Ive asked for, the trick is they send us the courier prior and the bill will be followed next so that they can sell whatever product is leftover at Agarwals Stores. How cheap isnt it? Next, If i ask for stones he will tell he will give for 250 rs for 100 gms but gave me 1.6 kgs which costs 3520 rs. Now roughly Im getting 5000 rs extra than what i ordered for. They think they have influence from political party and can pester me to pay amount. Since me being a women, Vinay Agarwal tortured me to the core. When i wanted to return those items, he got everything for a lesser rate than i bought. Such a heap of fraudsters. No work ethics nothing. Mark my words, no one can lead peaceful life by doing these things. After everything is over, Bharat Agarwal has raised a false review in my page.Attached are the return items courier copy.3rd quality local products which I didnt ask for. (zari, piping threads, pan stones).bills (they never give GST bill being in RSS) they charged as if their wish and sent me all dummy products.proofs of the quantity wht i asked and what they have sent.3rd rated Agarwal Stores fellow reviewed my page.
