Huge collection of toys dolls and variety of battery cars!! I really like the toys and the international build quality of it!!But did not buy anything and giving just 3 stars because of the unfriendly staffs who approached me rudely not to take any pictures! I explained about the google reviews to them but they were rude to stop me. You cannot tell the customers not to click pictures in this updated world!! Management need to advice their staffs on this!3stars just for their product quality. Just uploading the pictures of what I took before they come to me!!

We bought few items for our kids. Quality is good but too much price for the branding. But you can trust the quality. You can buy good collection of legos, toys, action toys and also board games. Your kid enjoy the shop by playing couple of games (no charge) within the shop premises. You can find some collections for art & crafts too.

Trust me guys....this is such an amazing place. Toys over here so damn amazing. I loved the RC toys section. Lots of cool stuff. Doesnt matter how old you are.... toys are are attractive to all ages here. The quality of the toys are really good. Sanitizers are provided and the customers temperature is noted before you enter. So its a safe place too.

They have some of the best and high quality toys collection for kids. Even few Teenagers also buy from here due to merchandise collection of webseries.

The one good thing i Like more about this shop is thier staff. They give you space and privacy. They let you visit the whole store without following you to all the place you go. At the same time, they respond politely when you need something. Toys there----The shop name tells its quality!!

3 stars for ambience, customer service and neatness, reduction of 2 stars for just pricing alone. Toys are so expensive all we can do is just stand there and admire or do nothing. Dont even thinking of stepping in to the shop. Rather hire a cab go to sowcarpet buy as much as you can.

It was really good experience with this Hamleys shop.Hamleys unique features is soft and smooth.It wont harm our child when our kids playing with these soft toys.It is located in 1st floor South corner in Phoenix MallReally every kids will be liking this shop.Price also moderate not very high and very low. Worth to spend money for gifts.

Hamleys, touted as a premier store for toys, has a wide variety of toys, ranging from stuffed toys to board games. There was a wide collection of remotely controlled toys.But lesser mind simulating games in the setup. Staff are there but not much involved. They respond only when asked, don’t know if that is the culture defined.Has legos collection, extensive one, block games, wooden toys, stuffed toys and usual distractions like slime and water games. A neatly organized sections.

Perfect place for kids toys but its too costlt not everyone can afford

Bought a bubble toy car FOR 1895 INR and it worked only for 2 days due a bad design of the product where bubbles would seep into battery slot and corrode the metal and the battery. I went to hamleys to get a replacement or repair and the technician was on call for 2 hours . They kept me waiting and finally took the product and told well service it and give you a call . Its not a real car but a toy one , it has been 2 weeks and still I have not received a call .They repaired and kept when i went again but ,explained them they toy had a design flaw . Told the store manager that if he doesnt replace Ill not be a customer , he agreed to replace.

Though I hate going there but still its one of the greatest shop for kids

Recently acquired by Reliance, this iconic toystore is a haven for kids. While it has a lot of variety, most stuff was similar to any other decent toystore. I missed novelty.

Tooooo costly. Same products, you can buy from their online store and save about 30 - 40%Basically, Hamleys is very costly and especially their outlets are selling it with 40% extra as compared to the online, which is not acceptable at all.Guy at the counter somehow managed to make me fall for their membership card, which is absolutely useless.I purchased for about 11K and I seem to have lost about 4K by purchasing In-Store.PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP, unless you are okay with spending such huge amount without a reason.

The cost is expensive here as they sell all branded items. Some of the unique toys, soft toys and learning toys are available here. The toy train they run in that floor is also attractive.

Hamleys at store no doubt is good. Hamleys.in is cheating at discount rate they are giving either damaged product or used product. It is sad to see how brands cheat on you. Totally disappointed after asking of recharge the product is damage. No one came back to take the product totally sad.

Hamleys!!! The brand doesnt need a review.One of the elite toys store in Chennai with a collection of toys that will simply wow you.Definitely pricey. Prices nearly 3 times a usual toy brand. I would not say that the quality is worth the price but I would say its better than any other brand.Also a wide range of products in their store were hamleys exclusive. You can not even see such stuffs outside.The store is filled with a fantastic ambience making the shopping experience one of the best.Live games, try it out pods and showcase toys attract the kids on a greater scale.

Wonderful place in Chennai to see huge variety of toys for the children. The staffs behaviour is outstanding they understand the kids well and entertain them. Have seen lot of kids pushing the toys to the ground and the staffs doesnt show any hatred and they take care of arranging the stuffs back.
