Initially it is said price negotiable but at the site, the sales person was demanding the exact same rate intimated initially, not ready to reduce 10 Rs per sq feet. Started speaking rude when asked for negotiation. Not recommending...

Worst worst in money transactions. Do not pay advance to book any plot. They will say 100% money refund but If you change your mind or do not like it they will never refund. Will treat you like begger asking your own money.

They are real estate agents, who will give false promises to sell the place but will never respond after sales.I have been running behind them for almost 7 months now for patta transfer after buying the land. Im paying 10000rs. Interest alone to the bank per month not able to start building as building approval is dependent on patta and hence bank is not releasing further loan until building approval is provided.Im stranded with no help from Vanavil.

Keep decent marketing personel. Dont employee 3rd rate rascals for marketing. Had bad experience with one of your guy today

One of the bad experience I had. I bought land @kandigai on 2018..Still didnt get govt approval for my land.. its too late... & Employees take too much of time..feel bad... no response from anyone. They tried reaching multiple times till the deal closed. After that they are making us to call them.
