Being staying at DABC for about 5 years. No issues faced so far

We bought a property in DABC polachery with lot of confidence on the builder and the quality, but everything failed due to poor quality planning and construction of the building and apartments. The sewage/drainage system is completely worst and day to day life of dabc residents here is running with sewage/drainage clearance only. All the apartments and villas around here has worst sewage management system and 24hrs the sewage clearance vehicle is working which gives lot of noise pollution and bad odour. We choose this place as environment friendly but these dabc spoiled the environment due to its worst planning and construction of building and sewage management system. Not recommended.

A awesome Location. Broad roads.Clean environment. DABC is very Professional. Quality check is in each and every stage. No water logging even in during Chennai Floods. Ready to occupy Villas and Flats.All Facilities with in reach. Well connected with City through roads. An Amazing developments in the last Five years.

The builder is Very Professional and Transparent in all the dealings. A peaceful location with all the facilities. MVM school Is in Vicinity. Lot of Good Schools near by. No worry for water. Good Roads. Excellent Construction! Value for Money!

The location is good. Roads are well laid. Construction is done using cement blocks. Land water quality is ok considering Chennais water issues.Internal design is satisfactory.Car parking is worst and major hurdle in purchasing. Those with two wheeler can purchase the house constructed by this builder.Sewage handling is another big failure.Water closet liquid waste and kitchen washes are mixed together and collected at the same tank posing problems in percolation of supernatant liquid waste in land.Regular emptying of supernatant liquid waste costs RS 1000/- per flat or any type dwelling. Maintenance costs are escalating to the tune of Rs 3000/-.per month.A maintenance cost of Rs 3000/- per month with poor and congested car parking is a curse for any buyer.

DABC is best builder in Chennai .DABC Arboretum residential projects very near to OMR, Siruchery SIPCOT, and Vellammal & SBIOA School Polachery.
