Very poor service. They are not bothered about the customer satisfaction. They are purely money minded. I am renovating my house and was looking for an decor set. My requirement was only the highlighter but they were forcing to take the whole set. I have already placed the order for the decor and as it was taking time to reach, requested them to supply so that later it can be replaced. They were worried to only clear the stock. Though they have the stock they will lie saying all are sold out. As a dealer , if they are not bothered about the customers satisfaction, what is the guarantee that during sales if any damage is there , they will just ignore saying its not their fault and will not go out of their way to satisfy the customer. We are doing interior designing, in future if there is any requirement , even if they have the stock, will never get the products from them.
