My Friend had a very bad experience with this untrustworthy company. Even after 7 to 8 months his interior work has not been completed.At 1st step they concentrate on collecting the total project amount from us. Then they show their true colors.Adding salt to the wound we have to call them indefinitely and they wont even respond to them.Once ur payment has been done no calls no messages nothing.They are the biggest cheaters I have ever seen.Planning to see one of my close contacts who is in Police department. Soon the cheaters will get what they deserve.Sorry for giving one star their is no option to continue without selecting one. They not even worth for a star.

I was amazed by their works.Tickells made my dream comes true.Without them its not possible.They completed my home within 115 days that is 5 days before the target.They never missed their schedule and punctuality.Their selection of bricks,sand and other materials are good.The term second quality is not in their choice.And i plan to do interior works of my bedroom with tickells soon.

Excellent art by tickells, They finished my work in best way.From starting to end of the project, i never spend my time in plan approval, Temporary eb connections, bore process when starting my project, they assist and guide me at my site itself in entire construction process from boomi puja to house warming. There is not even any single error i have spotted because i havent sound enough in construction but when i saw quality team in Tickells, they do my job itself of findings and markings of errors and rectify those in good manner. (Hands-off to quality team) good work flow at site During the construction i had asked for many suggestions and querry They had done all things without any difficulties.Their structural design is so strong and strength enough than othersI have limited area to build, when i search for construction plan and designs in Chennai, my search ends only at Tickells.which meets all things including air and sunlight flow, 100 percent vaastu, limited setback in my construction site and Ambient nature of home especially in selection of main door position with vaastu, very hard to spoke with magical person suman who is always busy, even though he is not a civil related engineer even my relative engineer come and visit my site not able to argue with orator suman. Once i spoke with him we fell that we never get victory having a conversation with suman. One of the Good quality of Tickells is we get everything with more than we have pay apart from profit and loss business. Please dont give any new project to this a Tickells interiors as I experienced the worst customer service and incomplete work done by them...Please go through all the reviews before proceeding to give them a project...I think the postive reviews which was posted in this forum is Suman venkatesh who is the owner for the Tickells interior and another one is Kiran who.is working in Tickells interior...Pls dont ever choose this Tickells interior and construction for any of your new project and dont waste ur money by giving these to fraudsters..Once they received the whole quoted amount they will not turn up or they Ill not respond our calls r text messages...I am giving one rating for them as the forum is not allowing to submit without dat..They are not worth for one star rating also..

The team gave personal attention for each n every aspect like design, quality material etc. Before working on new things they gave us designs for that and once we confirmed then only he started working on it. They always considered our suggestions and requirements so it made more easy for us.Most important was that we had limited time because date for moving to flat is fixed. But before shifting to new house he did each and everything on estimated time.As we have quoted for small amount of work but as things get done perfectly we added more things and already crossed our budget limit 😋.So thanks to Tickells and their team to make our dream home more beautiful and luxurious. Poor quality and services..

I would like to share my experience with these interior designer . The deal was confirmed with a less quote on May 15 and was committed to do the carpenter work in machinery (Just fitting required in the site). Also as usual handing over to be done to the maximum by 45 days (approx July 1st week) which includes False ceiling,TV Unit ,Pooja Unit,3 rooms cupboards,modular kitchen and in extra I asked for hall separation which is out of quote since the designer told we can do it with a maximum of 5-7KIn starting phase it was more quick within a week time false ceiling work started and was completed 70% within a week . In between the designer got nearly 75% of the quoted amount saying to buy carpentry materials . By mid of June I got boxes for one room and false ceiling lights for all three rooms (But only one room was working fine) .Time flies by and when I started pressurizing him nearly by June end the concerned person will not pick the call whole day and at night or in message will give silly reasons(like labours bike puncture,was in client meeting not able to inform you,busy enough ) . Like this false commitment started overloading and in July end I started following it up by myself with my dad . My site is in Thalambur if labours are present in the site (in a rare occasion) then i will be in office . If not I will directly go to his home in tnagar or after office in tnagar . But still you cant talk to him in aggressive way since its is his home and moreover he talks very confident of completing it in a week time .Somehow managed to get 3 rooms boxes done by August second week . Worst time starts he has some problem with his labours or vice versa .Labours were not available to complete the work after a week he got a new labours completed 3 rooms(without mirror) and modular kitchen by September mid week which was successful 4 monthsAfter that after a week I personally went and purchased acrylic sheets (Since I got fed up of following it up for past a month or so) . Got the labour number and one fine Sunday early morning I went to the engineers home in T-nagar . Got him to my site decided to complete false ceiling somehow and finally done that day (there was a shortage of four lights I bought it from nearby if I would have waited for engineer to buy and give I wouldnt have completed by that Sunday) . To be honest I have visited more times to his home than he came to my site . After that I will stop with this work since of frustration I told I dont want TV unit or separation since I have spend more than the quoted amount only for these completed items .Advantage of me choosing Tickells:1)You would get a quite good quote2)And the person is quite friendly personallyDisadvantage of me choosing Tickells:1)He wont pick your calls when I start pressurizing him2)Will be tired of false commitment3)Cant get your labours number too4)Static labours from the start to end not possible5)To meet him is a hectic one6)Personally I was not able to concentrate on my profession7)At last is it a worth a wait I feel it is not8) Still some plywoods are present I am asking him to collect it nearly its a month still have not done it9)Asking him to fix the mirror for cupboards in the room10)No escalation point, no reply to my mails nor messages on timeFinal Note : I wont suggest my friends or relatives to choose this interiors .If I had any negative star I would have provided the same .
