There is no proper response from the constructor. I had visited the aruvi project and propses for a flat and asking week time to confirm the booking, but the guy called Murugan who has showd the apartment was not picked my call for more than a week and no reply in whatsApp as well. He picked a call after 10 days and told like another party also saw that flat and I can only after their response. I dont know why this gus waiting for second visitors cnformation to block flat for me who visited first and ready to book? If he is not interested to block that partical flat for me and trying to allot for someone then why he need to showcase to me and give false commitment that this flat is available? I had arranged token advance and documents for loan processing within 3 day of visit but he is not even reply my call. Such a bad experience with Murugan who had shows the Aruvi apartment. May be he is looking for the customer who loaded money in case to buy a flat immediately in the spot.
