I have submitted the documents for my spouse visa at Travisa, Pathanamthitta office. A lady named Lini filled up the I-130 form for us. We have given her a filled up I-130 sample form with all the correct details, but she filled it up with utmost carelessness that she made 2 big mistakes in the form, even while copying it. It was filed on August 2017. Due to the mistakes she had done in filling up the I-130 form, my visa process has gotten delayed to 2 years from now.The mistake was, in the beneficiarys details, she marked like I am already in the US and also put my wifes US address there.As my wife is a born US citizen, the whole process was supposed to complete in hardly a year. I have sent a letter to the MD of Travisa, but to my surprise, he has not even acknowledged the email.But it was all coz of Travisas negligence which made my life and my wifes life depressing and frustrating.However, I dont have any grudge against that person. But the frustrations and mental agony we both have been suffering for all this time is unexplainable.I wouldnt say dont go with Travisa, but think well before you take a decision. I only wanted to share my experience.Thanks.

Extremely poor service. Their communication is terrible. Asked us to wait for an hour today and then when we asked how much longer it would take, they replied maybe half an hour. Their office is practically empty. Totally bad experience.
