This company does not operate now. There are a few people in the call center and no body else - as heard from the call center guy right now. They have collected money for booking and cancelled all flights. They are eating on that money. The call center fellow was generous enough to ask me to take legal action to get the refund. And BTW, I had to make 70 calls to reach to this person. I think it is better to forget the refund; dont know when the consumer courts are going to help settle the issue.

Worst Airliner. Cheater. Never refunded ticket amount. complained to DGCA, Civil Aviation Minister, Prime Minister Office and TN CM Cell. TN CM Cell only initiated action. Hundreds of passengers were victimised like me.

I have booked a ticket with AirCarnival for the month of April to travel between Chennai and Coimbatore. All of the sudden they have cancelled the flight and intimated me two days back. They said they will refund the amount and I was in an impression to get the refund. When I checked my account a month later I never got any refund from AirCarnival. I was trying to contact the customer care and was holding the line for 15-20 min but no response and the call was automatically disconnected. I have tried numerous times but no response. I need to take this forward for a legal inquiry. Anyone like to join me please tweet me @alexraj. Do post this in your facebook too. I want to show them that the public is not fool.

Worst service they are cheaters..........I booked flight from chennai to trichy on april 8 but i got call from them before 1 day and they told my flight cancelled due to technical issues and my amount will be refunded. But still i didnt recieve my refund amount also i have been complained in airlines consumer affair.

Did anyone try to go for Consumer court? They have cheated everyone in the past it seems. Not sure how the reputed travel agents deal them ? Now Yatra or Make my trip arent coming into picture at all

Passengers must be given the choice of choosing the seat at the time of booking. without this facility, many passengers will not prefer your airline.
