Few Apartment are very compact.

This is a building located in Nanganallur voltas colony. It would be looking pretty decent compared to other flats.

This is a trap. I bet you will feel like this after you rent a house here. Yes I bet.This is one of the worst places in entire chennai. Be careful with elevators/lifts in this place. They say that lifts have power backups etc. I myself as stuck in lift for 20 mins. No one care who is stuck in the lift.Guys, please think before entering this horrible place

Its a trap. The owner is never accessible. The stuff advertise lucrative amenities to attract new tenants. Nightmare begins from the very first day when the tenant moves in. Absolutely no maintenance. The maintenance person Anand has been given a flat in the B block of the property. He takes full advantage of this opportunity and will never attend any complaint raised by residents. If tap or tubelight is not working and you call him repeatedly, he will come and remove the tap/tube light from your house and will never replace it. Roofs are forever leaking in multiple places in B block. Water problem is there all the time. Water is released for 5 minutes in the morning and occasionally some evenings; but if you visit terrace any night, you will see Anands family is drying plenty of cloths even bed sheets and doormat , though you will hardly get water to bath every day and paying up to Rs 2000/ every month for water apart from Rs 2500/ monthly maintenance fee. After all these, once you leave the place be prepared to fight a very difficult battle to get back your security deposit.

No Water, Electrical Connections are not proper, There is no proper response from manager and money mind need to give one month broker commission. This is worse apart to stay am willing to give rating in minus but didnt have an option here.

Worst place to live in. Please dont even think about renting a house here. Lots of issues here. Even if you are dying, owners or agents dont care

One of the worst places to live in/Stay. Please go through my review before taking a home for rent.1) Owner is number 1 fraud candidate. He was arrested in many cases.2) You have to pay rent only in cash3) They will not give you any receipt or owners PAN.4) You will never see owner in your life time. Everything is handled by owners agents (Raj and Anand. They are employees of VV Manor)5) Raj and Anand should take care of everything. But they dont care how do you die in the apartment.6) Always water problems in the apartment7) They took one month brokerage without owners notice.8) They promised CC cameras and Generator backup. They are taking 2500 rs as maintenance. But still no facilities provided.9) No dustbin provided. No water. No response from owner or agents/brokers.10 Finally, if you want to struggle in your life, stay in this Bhooth Bunglow.

To say the least, I had a very bad experience staying in this place. Owner should realize this before giving the apartment to brokers/agents/mediators.
