Stayed here for 5 months. Society is decent as compared to Pune and Bangalore but its very good when compared to Chennai standards. The place is well managed with good support from management round the clock. The security guards are also well mannered and good at their job. The main advantage of living here is the close railway station, which is a lifeline to go the city.

You could get flats at a budget rent, But the rooms are quiet small. You could pay a little high rent and go for other flats that are nearby. Keep this as a second opinion.

Its a good place to reside. Only thing is far from city. Train gives the flexibility and connectivity to chennai.

Very close to Paranur Railway Station. Rooms are small and the flat is well maintained. Mahindra free bus is available during mornings and evenings to those who wotks in Mahindra World City. No shops or any needed facilities nearby. For even having your food you have to travel atleast 2km. The flat has gated parking facility, well security and all the maintenance teams, but one find it too difficult to avail the maintenance teams on time.

Rooms and hall are good but small. Apartments driveway is narrow. Very conjusted place. Not recommended for family.

Calm, no pollution, greeny, easy access to grocery store, gst road, railway station, free shuttle service to commute inside mcity.
