Looks like project has become a litigated property. Have caution before buying this over delayed project.

No progress in the last 2 years. Absolute standstill.... the project is not progressing - another much hyped project in OMR...

Still is under construction. Looks they are providing everything, i am not sure because still it is under construction only.
