1. Cool strategic row houses.2. House are usually built on half ground, 1200 sq ft.3. Almost all house are duplex with 1 bhk ground floor and 3 bedroom 1st floor.4. Open terrace for all.5. Security guard and street cameras available.6. Schools and main roads are very nearby.7. Construction are still going and new phases are in progress

A quiet place in Chennai city. The independent villas are quite nice and surrounded by nature. Far away from the city life where you can see mountain from you terrace and at night a beautiful sky filled with stars. The villas are going to start gym and swimming pool which will be an interesting thing. Shops are 5-10 mins away from the locality. Without transportation it will be hard to commute.

Good residential option if you prefer independent house with calm, peaceful ambience. There are many schools and colleges nearby. Public transportation and power supply are yet to be made fully available. Near to proposed 150 feet highway. The current road has potholes and yet to be repaired. Many new development projects are upcoming nearby. Shopping option for daily needs are limited but expected to improve.Construction quality is decent .

There are 10+ villas in this place. Near by ssm school amd college facilities. Away from regular city place. I dont think there is public transportation available at this place. Villa costed around 72 lakhs. Best in class in terms of luxury.

Goo projct.. the construction quality is very good.. and location wise its a fantastic location just few meters away from proposed Easten bypass road..Cons:Get the promissed common facilities to be included in sale agreement heared that builder is not fulfilling the promossed aminities.. and check the land approval status with your lawyer.. people may have to bare the bad roads only till the bypass is completed..Over all a hood project for investment
