Beautiful, modern, comfortable, and aesthetic. These are the words I would choose to describe the Puravankara flat I have recently moved into. Even the location and amenities surrounding the flat are fantastic and just according to what I have always wanted. If you are new to Chennai or have been a resident of this place for many years, you will feel equally at home on their property. The best part is that all of them also have some kind of sports and recreation facilities. They have staff that is most cooperative and ensure that everything that you need is taken care of. Their amenities include a swimming pool, kids play area, Jacuzzi, etc. all of which are maintained really well. I am glad I chose to shift here.

I am an owner. Pathetic construction quality. This is a picture of phase 2. The exterior wall are breaking and when it rains, water seeps thru the building structure. Every time it rains, water seeps inside my home from the wall!!Purvawankara, why did you comprise on the quality. Why can’t you provide same quality as Bangalore?

An apartment at Purva Windermere is a paradise for any sports lover. I am a professional basketball player. Due to the absence of a state-level court in our area, I had to travel 20 km every day for my daily training. My father recently came across this new society offering indoor basketball and multipurpose courts. I couldn’t ask for more. Purva Windermere is a blessing for me in every sense. Now I can continue my practice without wasting my time on traveling. They also offer a long jogging track and gymnasium. Life is easy after shifting to Purva. I moved in to be fully furnished 2.5 BHK apartments in Purva Windermere since my kid’s school is nearby. It feels like I am living in a resort with all the different amenities right on my fingertip. What drew me to this apartment complex was the large-sized drawing-room, the big kitchen and spacious balcony. The designs modern, and I was amazed at the quality of work done here. I thought it would be difficult to find a luxurious home at my price range, but Windermere has changed all that for me. A few of my relatives and friends have also bought a flat in the apartment after inviting them to my house warming party.

Being an outsider, I was always fearful if I’ll get a place for myself or not. So far, the only thing I heard about accommodation in Chennai was – they are way too expensive. All these worries came to an end when I saw an online ad about Purva Windermere. I checked the list of amenities and facilities they were providing. Ideally u cannot lead a life sitting relaxed...be ready to keep calling maintenance and repairing..especially poor sliding doors ...NEVER INVEST HERE

We booked a Premium 3 BHK apartment A2-402 in Windermere project in Chennai in December 2020.2. We requested your team to rectify major defects before signing the agreement.3. We pointed out the same defects for rectification repeatedly in all the three joint inspections. But no avail. Your people either could not rectify for 5 months or knowingly side lined our requests.4. When we did not get proper support of your site team, We took up the matter with Madam Ranjini and through her with Gokul Pillai for final rectification. Though Gokul Pillai has taken some pain, he could not get the major defects rectified. So that also became futile. This compelled us to cancel the booking because of failure at your side.5. All correspondences from Naveen Kumar lacked information about factual position but only general replies were sent to us creating anguish and uncertainity.6. At last your team informed about cancellation of full refund, as the fault lies at your end.7. More than three months are over now but still your team is unable to send money but keep on saying that only on allotment of fund they will send money. Your team also said that they dont know when they will get fund allotment. Your team is not following your own time clause in the agreement for refund.8. My sister is the purchaser, she has a small child and engaged in WFH to attend her office duties. She also requested many a time to solve as per time clause. But that also did not materialise. She is under severe mental stress for this simple action of refund. She is unable to follow with your team because of ambiguity replies from them.9. Huge maintenance cost. 3 bedroom maintenance cost is almost equal to the rent for 2 bed room Apartment from outside. Residents are not getting the return for the amount paid towards maintenance. Everywhere bad roads and anytime maintenance works. No amenities are live.

I bought apartment with high expectations. Apartments are ok to some extend. But including mine some of the apartments are leaking and getting wet continously. Even though we raise complaints frequently, it’s not attended on time. No solution by them. Very difficult to chase. Never expected such a bad experience from Puravankara.

Absolute bad property. Those who all buy here initially cheated by the ambience which is the only good thing about this complex. Construction quality very bad and care by maintenance team extremely bad. Once you buy, nobody from the builder would care. Be it property tax or EB issues, all worse and you have to sort it by yourself. Sincere advice to all those who consider buying. Probably a second hand house may be ok because the original owner would have undergone all the nightmare.

This property has necessary amenities inside the gated community also it is located near to the essential facilities like hospitals, supermarkets, etc., The property is well constructed and has a good security facilities. My office is near to this location, which is one of the reasons to choose this property. When we went to the office of Purvankara we were informed of all the essential details before investing in this property.

Recently purchased 2 bhk apartment here..Handover by all means is the worst..even for the feedback they got signature without asking for actual feedback from customer..Something seriously wrong with purvankara sales office as well as maintenance and CRM team..nobody takes overall ownership and never respond to your email..they will point to 20 different people to get your job done and no clear communication when they hand over apartment..Puravankar sales office in pallikaranai is so pathetic here as they will blame customer your are the lone person complaining ..they have not even paid property taxes before handover ..There are many to mention..but not worth the time..Apartment is good..only thing their staff somewhere are not interested in serving their customer...

For me the most important thing for choosing the house was security of the place as I have two kids at home, so after seeing 10-15 places, we finally decided to shift here and theres no turing back, the place is very secured and the house is beautiful as well.

CRM office is not at all responding to any queries raised by the customer.Promises are not keeping. Requesting higher officials to look into this matter.

Very well built residential flats. There is ample space between the apartment blocks. The quality of the construction and the interior materials used are found to be superior. This apartment is about a kilometer or two from the main road and the connecting roads are not in a great condition. This apartment is located in a peaceful locality.

Be aware during December month, because its very near to Lake :P. I have been there for 6 months. Had good lake view from 6th floor. A perfect community for kids & senior citizens. 24/7 power backup available. Club house is not at all functioning. Many play areas for children are available.

Construction quality is worst ..seepage issues is there in all rooms and also crack in ceiling indicating structural issues . looks like 40 years old in 4 years . I can only think of a Tamil Movie Ramana seeing the construction quality . People who don’t care or values others life live among us ... instead of correcting their mistakes they try to defend their mistakes and continue to do the same .

Nice place to stay and live but apartment is faraway from central city of Chennai..

Beautiful and spacious! Lots of open spaces. Excellent club house coming up. Only the approach road is narrow!

From outside it looks good, but not quality building and electrical works. Dont waste your money investing in this Purva Windermere..

Maintenance is good..Club house is not fully functional. Purvankara not taking any steps to open the swimming pool...citing approval issue.. when they are able to get approval to get 1000 houses..whats the issue to get an pool..Its only a idea of dis interest..

I would have given zero rating if there was a possibility. This is to warn NEW BUYERS, people considering to buy flat here. They charge 3.5 lakh for covered car park. From the time of booking we are asking where the car park is. The sales person will assure with words why to worry about parking its in your deed. When u go for site visit you will see many car parks below your building. Later as registration was completed they started avoiding this question. Many times for site visit we started asking this question they wont reply,and suddenly nobody knows anything and they will start putting the responsibility on some-else from their team.After the key handover, they are finally sending a mail that your parking is alloted 6 blocks away which is in another compound...really is it possible everyday, before going to work - walk 15 mins minimum to reach your car- park for which you paid 3.5 lakhs. On top of that this flat has bad connectivity to the main road, you are 100% dependent on your car to get out of this campus. There are no buses, share autos, walking is far distance from main road and extremely bad roads.Totally disappointed, they are so many projects in radial road, sholinganallur area , if we had even the slightest hint that everyday living is going to be a hell here we would have never considered purchasing here.From outside they attract you with the words luxury living and amenities. But everyday living is going to be a total hell.We went many times asking for better car park option, but they will speak rudely and say we cannot do anything. There are only limited car park below each building and already alotted for customers from 2013. If they had told this before, we would have immediately stopped our purchase here.They now gave an option of semicovered car park nearer to the building but they wont refund the money for the covered car park we paid. And also change in the sale-deed to semi covered car park will be additional charge to be borne by the customer..So now we are in a trap,with no way out. And all new customers who purchased are in same situation.And also the sales office has electric buggy which they say is for the residents to move around the purva campus and for ppl to reach the main gate soon..but it is not so..Buggies will be used by sales team for taking prospective buyers around the campus and fill their ears with bunch of lies as they travel.All the blocks have seepage problem, with complete wall damage..no responsibility will be taken by purvankara for repair..at cost of the customer only.. as seepage problem will be evident only after stay of year or two in the flat and everyday use of the bathroom s..And most seepage are irreparable after works also.
