Now its 3rd month. For Past two month im asking to clean dis area where snake nd small insects are settling. Too Small Kids are playing in evening... But no response from the mantainance. Simply saying there is no person to clean it, If we say to Watchman he says u talk to management. But he is very arrogant nd rude to tenants in collecting d maintanance amount... All time watching tv now smart phone. Many theft has occured unknown persons enter nd exit no safety.

Worst appartment collecting maintanance not doing anything. Dont come to dis place for rent also.... poor water supply nd poor drainage system ground floor ppl suffer alot.... watchman is waste.

(ALS GARDEN)...maintance is very poor.... Mr. Vishwanath is incharge of all stuff nd collecting amount from tenants nd not giving respect. No facilities have been done to tenants instead they r spending d excess amount to favour nly to some of dOwners who r staying currently in d appartment....

Worst old appartment with partiality among tenent and house owners(Dominant) what they r saying is d rule.. Always drinage problem, water scarcity, parking problem poor maintanance......
