Every stuff specially zahir and one aged person are very well mannered and helpful. Rooms are quite good with the price. neat and clean. Room size is bit small and there are no ventilation in the room, but keeping the door open makes the room airy.

Review for stay from 28/11/18 to 07/12/18 in the Deluxe Double Room.The Mount Regency hotel exceeded the expectations we had of the hotel in the price we paid for it. The staff was excellent and attentive and the manager Mr. Javed helped us with travel and by answering our many questions. We travelled as a family for a medical visit to Chennai and booked two deluxe double rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable with AC and Hot water heater. TV service was provided by a d2h box with only Hindi and Tamil channels. The hotel rooms had free WiFi in our rooms on the first floor.The main problem we faced in the hotel is that the rooms feels a bit claustrophobic as there is no windows or balcony to let fresh air in. The location is a bit of a mixed bag as the nearly central location makes the tourist spots like the sea beach, shopping malls, art gallery, museum and parks really close by. The medical places like Apollo Hospital and Sankara Netralaya are about 2 kms away. On the other hand the hotel is located in the Radio Market region of Chennai so its very busy and noisy while the shops are open.Overall a really great option to stay in Chennai if you are travelling for pleasure or for medical visit. Hotel staffs are very cooperative. Good amenities.This hotel is good for all type of couple. only 1 thing i tell u whenever booked this hotel especially in summer season booked always AC rooms bcs no window available in any rooms.But bcs of hotel staffs and owner we didnt face any type of problems, and they changed our room after our request. Rooms are cozy clean and comfortable. They charge a reasonably low price and best suited for business travellers considering the fact that it is located in the most happening business area of the city with effortless access to train and bus transportation services .Not far away from Chennai Central Station.They also provide PG facility for students.

Has everything that it needs, there is AC, bathroom, fan and TV. Location could be better but there are shops right next to the lobby and building which makes up for the hotel not serving food and, since it is so cheap, does it really need to serve food? The place is great and I am great friends with the owners, Fiaz and Faizal Ahmed, and they are extremely nice. The staff there is also very friendly and I have had a great time in this hotel due to them, especially two men called Jabir and Chotu.

The hotel is located on Wallers street near government estate metro station. Accommodation is economical. Staff is really helpful and understanding. Manager Jabir and room boy Zahir are always available to offer any assistance and manage the place well. Overall, it is a good option to stay for solo, business and families.

Loved my stay, it was amazing. Staff were very courteous and friendly, parrticularly two guys called Chottu and Jabir. Owners were very friendly when i met them and i had an absolutely brilliant time. Hotel does not serve food but is situated right next to so many shops and restaurants you cant even complain about lack of food. good location as marina beach is nearby and there is a market on the ground floor if you need groceries or anything. definitely worth the money

The location is central near metro but street ia very congested and crowded area. Hotel is decent- room size average and facilities usable and they help and support u in all what you need too- so full credit to staff!

Great room at budget price. The single room is good too. Nice comfortable bed with clean washroom. The room feels a bit small at first but is enough for a person. The double room has a soft cushion bed with good enough washroom.

Worst lodge I’ve ever been 😐 The staff speaks nicely when we enter & treat too bad when we r leaving .. Phones doesn’t work,no heater,no good night mats, lots of mosquitoes. If we ask for something we get it after 3hrs .. too rude staffs

Pretty cheap hotel for staying, also my room didnt have TV too. The location is pretty good as it is near to Marina beach and near to Nungambakkam. It has the bus facility plying both sides. The staff was also pretty courteous and pretty friendly.

If you like travelling by bus, then the location is pretty remotely situated as both sides bus stop is near by and Marina beach is a 2KM walk (Morning) away.

Good staff and service, but the odour from the nearby canal may disturb you in certain season. I stayed here in january and it was stinking even inside the room- with the ac working, all the windows closed.

The employees are very rude. they only force to take food of a particular restaurant but the food was very bad and when we argued regarding that then they told to check out @ 1 am as we checked in @ 10 pm. so, just told me @ 1 am what we will do. I told just leave it only we will stay for the night and in early morning we will check out......the very worst experience and also we waisted Rs 200 on food but we didnt even a single byte and at the same time the same we showed to the receptionist. ,........
