If you want to buy TCL tv, please dont buy this showroom. Very worst customer service and worst products only selling the shop. This is a discount product shop. All are quality reject pieces. If u buy, am sure it will repair within the warranty period. I feel very worst experience in the shop product. Please be careful....

I bought 55 inch TV in this show room after one year tv display got problem. I called cus care. Tech came with pcb. but he said tv display problem. He came with replacement tv but that tv also frame fully rusty and bottom display broken I fully disappointed 😔.after I contact show room. That branch incharge and sales person spoke very rude.. I send a mail to corporate office.. now progress to give new tv but tv model is different.. around 18:00 ( 23/01/2020) I receive a call from show room (Jayalakshmi) she simply said here after no response from showroom. I am very disappointment this issue...
