Some of the device they have in display but when i asked to buy they are saying thats have some issue you cant buy that. Then whats the point of having it in display? Example they have a ipad in their display, i inquired to buy but they said its having some issue not for sale! 🤷🏻‍♂️😀😁 Other than this, its good place to buy old devices with good quality.

I recently purchased PS3 console with 1 controller, within one month controller got malfunctioned and when I asked for warranty they said it will take another 20 days to check and repair as we need to send the item to mumbai head office,am totally disappointed with their service. Very poor and disgusting experience from Chennai Phoenix mall CEX shop…those staffs don’t have the basic decency to even appear professional in front of the customers….one of the staff even left home hours before the closing time…don’t know how many customers were turned away just because of these irresponsible staffs.

I bought leEco 1s from this shop and faced battery drain issue. It was in the warranty period when I faced this issue, I visited the shop, complained about my issue. I was made to visit the shop thrice after gave the phone to repair. Everytime when I went to collect, I was told that there is nothing wrong with the phone. All they have done is recorded videos and saw that the issue has not happened. At least they could have told properly while calling to say that the issue is not identified, rather they told that the issue is fixed. My experience is bad, I would recommend people to stay away as post buying the experience is bad for me.

Polite and helpful staff. You can sell your old electronics items / gam cds for sale here. You can also give your junk electronics for recycling here. My advise will be to check the market price before buying old items here. Some items may be cheaper here but some times are expensive than the new product itself.

They also sell second hand phones, Games, Wii, PlayStation, Laptops and stuff. Good quality. Would be great if they take e-waste too. Nowhere to dispose them handy.

The staff are courteous but the overall deals are pretty average. They do not take any consol which has the sticker torn. The games are bought at too low balled prices. I am fine with these as there is no alternative.
